Maybe the people she tagged helped with the party. Steph just posted on Cat's IG pic that she was sorry she couldn't make it.. I'm sure they'll also have an engagement party in Dallas too.

Love this board. Such a loving "family".Me too, livelife. I can't go to sleep and it's 4am here in the eastcoast and has to get up at 7:30am. LOL.
