Yeah you can work out some soreness (lactic acid) by doing some physical activity. If she worked out super hard this morning, then workin out tonight won't do much.

I vote for that massage.

And people, learn how a camera phone works. I could really use a family photo.

Sounds like Sean and Catherine are getting ready for a special occasion SOON with so many aggressive workouts!

JMO but I have a feeling Catherine will have her hair long down her back to cover her tattoo. For some reason I think she wont want it to appear in pictures.

Ah yeah forgot about the tattoo. Well either way she is going to be stunning!

We sure go through threads quickly. The other fan forums on this board dont even move at 25% of our pace. We must be excited about something, eh?

The last thread was started 12 days ago. Fortunately once the wedding is announced we get a whole new section. Hopefully it will stay in the fan forum so the same rules apply. Can't wait.

That last thread took awhile.... we've had some long ones that have been only a few days long.
