I don't think they have to televise it if they don't want to. Clearly the benefit is that everything will be paid for and they will probably get a small cash payment in addition.

I have not heard much buzz about their wedding but I think that may be due to the fact that the producers are so focused on SeanCat. They seem to be very close to getting married and let's face facts, they are the golden couple. Sean is the first bachelor to wed his F1. Cat fulfills that ethnic diversity that the producers have sooooo been looking for. He brings in the Christian fold. They are both gorgeous, the camera loves them and they are both extremely articulate and funny. Their season was fun and romantic and left a feel good taste. Producers made sure they continued to be in the public eye directly with DWTS and indirectly with repeated appearances on other bachelor/ette seasons and other bachelor related appearances on talk shows.

Once SeanCat are safetly married, if Des and Chris are still together and want to do a televised wedding, the producers can then turn their attention to them. If we start seeing appearances on say Good Morning America or on the next round of bachel/ette seasons, then we will know they are promoting them and starting to get their profiles up for their own televised nuptials.

It definitely won't happen.  Chris and Des are cute, and I'm happy for them.... but they are not compelling.  Sean and Catherine both have much stronger personalities (as much as tptb tried not to let Sean's shine through) and their wedding will be really interesting- from the melding of their two cultures/families into the ceremony, to the expression of faith which will play a large part.  Des has said she wants something intimate- I don't get the impression that her parents are very comfortable with the cameras.  I also don't think they're ready to tie the knot yet, and Sean and Catherine really are.

Why not? As they said in their forum "the dress is ready ":) . Des is bridal stylish .planning for her wedding would be so easy because of her more knowledge in planning a big day plus if they will get hire a planner . Her wedding planning would be easy to plan lol . Joke kidding.

I don't like to say anything about this double/joint thing. I am just focusing to our couple and be looking forward for their special day. Seeing them so happy and enjoying normal things with everyone in dallas . And both families and friends are just excited and happy for both of them .And we the  fans supporting them and happy for both of them . Although I will admit there are some comments that I don't like the other couple forum but that's okay :) . I don't mind though :) we get used to it. But seriously I am happy for everyone :)

Just because Des used to sell wedding dresses and hopes to have a career designing them, doesn't mean she knows more about planning weddings.

I should probably stop talking about this whole joint special idea because it really has zero benefit to SeanCat. They are the ones who would be used for their popularity in order for the other couple to get better ratings. That doesn't sit right with me. Thank goodness this whole thing isn't a realistic possibility.

Why, why, why are we talking about the other couple on this forum??? Haven't we been down this road before? I'm sorry guys, I love you all but can't we please stop?

Well I hope they will stop talking about Filipinlowe on their own forum too. Lol. Joke. I am just kidding lipsis:) I can understand the others if they are there posting something about it and here also the others have to say . Lol. Yeah I agree we need to stop and move back to the regular program :)

Hehe wifey is so cute here keep saying "oh my gosh !" Many many times can't help the excitement and load of happiness.  I never get tired re-watching their proposal . Love the beginning to the end . I just love all the natural reactions of their feelings to each other and sweetness to each other . The sweet gestures to each other too. Just so natural that will make you watch all over again . Love all the kisses here and there , catherine touching and caressing hubby's hair and body while talking to him . Whewww! Those ones made me feel giddy and in love with them especially those lots and lots of sweet natural kisses :cutesmile!: I can't help but to put a big grin until the end of this awesome proposal. Best ever ! :cutesmile!: and looking right now how they grew each other and seeing the joy and happiness together is just amazing. God is good:)

^^ Oh goodness I watch the proposal like once a week!! *sigh* There is going to be so much love and emotion between them during their vows!! & yes like others said earlier Sean is going to be holding back tears as much as Catherine will! :sweetheart:

Thanks Lipsis for the reminder. I spent the whole of yesterday afternoon listening to Westlife and watching the proposal. Since that beautiful fan video was posted here, Westlife and SeanCat go hand in hand in my world. I gifted myself with their entire album on itunes  Now that the wedding seems to be around the corner, I get more emotional than I ever did watching the proposal. The emotions on both their faces were priceless. I shudder when Sean chocks up as he says I love you and buries his face in her neck.  I could go on about that proposal. It was hands down the best! No wonder they didn't have a montage or we'd have never been shown the elephant ride into the sunset and Catherine asking about her beef cake.
