Question, in the 3rd SC, where Ashley is looking up, is that her hand on his chest, and if so what is that about? Just a strange gester to me...

It's not actually. She's moving her hand up to push her hair back. She keeps doing it because of the wind.

As for Ashley's emotions it's hard to tell but I see misery and pain. I know it could be something else but I'm wondering if she just rejected GSG and he walks away in anger or disbelief?

Thanks, When I look at Ashley I am not sure what I see, I remember last season looking at sc of Roberto and Ali on their LCD and Roberto looked angry and we know that was not the case. This is a snapshop of a split second and it could be anything. I do not see misery and pain, more like searching and wondering what he is thinking and feeling....

Right now I can not get a good feel for Ashley, the editing is all over the place. I see a strong connection with JP but, I see her desire to be with Ben.

Ad where do you see that desire to be with Ben? We haven't seen many interactions at all.

Did we decide that the SC with the DSG and airplane was earlier in the day? Looking at it it looks later. The sun light seems to be a lil more orangey and its hitting DSG on the side verses over the top. But, thats JMO.

She really likes Ben, he is fun, makes her laugh, he treats her well. I thinks she sees him as a boyfriend. I think she even said this in a PI. However, her relationship with JP is on a different level, she see him as her Man.

Maybe desire is not the right word, but she does like to be with him and he does interest her. JMO

What makes me suspicious about trying to read so much into Ashley's expressions is that the whole promo as edited ONLY showed moments when Ashley was looking sad, puzzled, troubled, basically anything but happy. So obviously, the producers were attempting to give the impression throughout the whole piece that things didn't work out for her and she had a miserable ending, and those carefully selected facial expressions helped to convey that to the viewers. Had they spliced in some shots with her looking happy, even in other parts of the promo, I would put more credence in those few captures being an accurate reflection of how her time with that suitor (presumed to be JP) went.

It also appeared to be quite windy during those moments as well, and it is likely that Ashley wouldn't maintain a consistent smile while having her hair blown into her face, but would be occasionally grimacing, squinting, etc, as anybody would react to having the wind blowing in your face.

Something I'd like to add.... I know that Ashley in an interview said that her front runner changed as they got closer to the end (or something along those lines). While I'd LOVE if JP was F1 (he's adorable ), besides Bentley -- if we can even really count him as a "front runner", JP has been it so far.

She also stated that the F1 was a slow burn, and her and JP are nothing close to a slow burn. If Ben is the F1, we'll start seeing their story emerge this week with their 1-on-1 date, and if we're watching thru unbiased eyes (which can be difficult), we may see a real, solid connection.

I love both our F2 so far!

And I see JP as the slow burn.hehe
Episode 1: intrigued by his charm and good looks... she's not sure if he will be the one calling her cupcake but you never know
Episode 2: she's not the type to go in for a kiss but for some reason she wanted to kiss JP that night (YOU LIKE HIM DUH!)
Episode 3: There's something about JP's kisses. JP over Bentley in the kiss department but Bentley over JP in the heart department
Episode 4: Are we okay? I don't like when you say regardless of what happens because it sounds like you are going to leave tomorrow.(She starts to realize she might like him more than she liked Bentley and she doesn't want to lose him)
Episode 5: I hated seeing Mickey throwing punches at JP and I am beginning to realize that I starting to have real feelings. I like JP so much but I need to stop thinking about Bentley. To CH: I need to get this Bentley thing taken care of.
Episode 6: Tonight is the reason it needed to happen. I feel like we can more forward now. I want to be 100% honest with you. In her blog, this is the beginning of my honest love story.

To me there really was never any other storyline besides Ash falling for the wrong guy when the right one was always right there in front of her ...even when she didn't know it. (For some reason I wanted to kiss him tonight)
