They look very happy and in love! Even if I'm a big BRES fan and still sad about the ending, they look very cute and happy together and that's all that matters

Good point, jlccaz.  It no longer matters that she loved Brooks, or thought she loved Brooks, or had only "Bachelorette Bubble Love" for Brooks.  She's under no obligation or even public/tabloid pressure to move to Seattle immediately.   No one would have batted an eyelash if she said she's moving in 2 months ,once they go apartment hunting.   But the fact is that she is indeed moving , NOW.  
I'm following your good advice and I'm watching the feet.

I don't care if she has Brooks on her heart or mind.  I care about what Brooks is up to now, if he's still going to model and if he's going to be part of Bach Pad in 2014.  Oh, and future goals.  

If he's not really seriously dating anyone by the time Bach Pad starts filming, is that a clue he will be on?

We also know that he doesn't tweet very much, which he didn't when he had it before.  But, he seems to be doing things with former cast members (Zack K) and in touch with them.  

I do and I don't want to see him on Bachelor Pad.  Sometimes, just like the original franchise, those participating on Bachelor Pad come out looking bad.

Why care?  Why do people keep forgetting he dumped her act like she did.

You are right atem, Brooks dumped Des. Why should it matter what she/chris and others are doing. If you want to observe Brooks or keep in touch with him, that is fine if he is what you all are into. Just the show should be the last thing on the mind. Find your Brooks and what he's doing now.

Actually, this is a Brooks "fan" thread...not a Brooks contestant thread. I personally have not posted anything but positive comments in the Des/Chris thread. There have been a handful of comments on Des/Chris thread but most Brooks fans have been very gracious to Des/Chris. But what's your point? That this some kind of payback or tit for tat because a handful of people have made some dumb comments in Des/Chris? For some reason you seem to want to tell Brooks fan what to think and how to feel. Just as you suggest that we move on, perhaps you should do the same.

While Brooks was home for his HTD, his employer set up a bunch of social media and registered for domains, etc., suggesting the Brooks will not venture from far from the public eye.  I'm not sure what his plans are specifically to capitalize on his fan base, but feel confident you all won't be disappointed.  Sleuthing-wise, that timeline was a clue that he really true was planning on Checking out of the Desiree's Heartbreak Hotel as of his time in Salt Lake.  We will probably never know all the conversations that occurred then/there, but the registration dates for domains that would have no relevance in a Happy Couple post-show reality is so telling as to be dispositive for me.  He went to Antigua to break up and it turned out to be messier on camera than he'd hoped.  He is an appealing guy, will be interesting to see what he does with his "almost fame" (that's what I think of all of these people ... they are only almost celebrities, but they do have a following).  Jef Holm has used his following to score chicks as far as I can tell.  Brooks seems a better sort.  

Hi...I don't follow. What social media and domains are you referring to? Because all of his peronsal social media was setup post show on or around 5/22 (Facebook, Instagram, twitter). In fact, it was one of the reasons I initially believed the spoiler because he was in CA. Des was doing Kimmel that same week and I thought at the time it might have been during a safehouse visit.

As for Brooks leaving after HTD, he has always been clear that it was his family that made him see that the feelings were not there because they asked the questions he had not. At ATFR Brooks admitted that coming to Antigua his mind was made up that the relationship was over . Someone even pointed out that he only brought a wheely-backpack which suggests he was only staying a short time. It not a secret that Brooks was done by Antigua so I'm not following what you are implying above that we don't already know with regard to him leaving as well. Hope you'll expand.

I edited my post above to show that the same date he is confirmed to have filmed with his sister and Mom in Idaho, his boss Dave Bascom registered brooksforester.com  ... not BROOKSANDDES4EVER.com, .   He was flying solo post show as of APril 27.  No going back.  He was on his way to Antigua to break up with Des.

In NO way am I telling you guys what to think or feel. Just that there were a few BRooks related things that I thought were relevant so posted them in a Brooks thread versus a Des and Chris thread. Now that wouldn't of been relative, would it? As far as accusing me of making a tit/tat post, I think that is unwarranted. I am not a malicious person and what I posted wasn't malicious at all.

Loving that the Brooks FANTHREAD will continue to be filled up with lots of pictures and tweets from him so we can carry on in our fandom.  I anticipated he'd have a great twitter persona, and he isn't disappointing. I hope he starts to use his instagram a little more too. (Too bad to need an ignore feature in here).
