Exactly! There is just no way a friggin bank would allow Chris to be interviewed - representing their bank AND having a photo of CHris shaking hands with president - if they were anywhere close to breaking up or some type of a "sham" couple.

This is actually SWEET validation for us fans. I seriously have never, ever seen Bachelorette couple covered by a local Business Journal! They just normally do not cover this.

Super publicity for CHris. He's going to be one busy boy ... men probably want to work with him cause he's a former baseball player while their wives will be delighted to meet Des' future husband. He's a magnet for everyone!

What a great article!  It shows that he is valuable to that bank even before the show because they allowed him to take time off for that long period of time.  Not very many companies will let you do that and still have your job when you get back. And also for the Company President to make the time to meet him and actually allow that meeting to be published is a big deal.  I think it highlights what a great person Chris is and that his relationship with Des is not a sham as some people like to spout.  Chris is a complete package and Des is indeed extremely lucky to have him in her life.  There aren't very many men like him nowadays. I really like that they are busy starting their life and that they want to be private although it would be nice if they'll allow us a glimpse of their life here and there. I really like them a lot as a couple.

The theme from wexley "we loan you" and "will you accept this loan" is funny.
