Yes. It doesn't make sense, and we'll probably never know what Brooks was really feeling at that moment in time when he left Des. In the end, I hate the tomfoolery of the storyline.

I think Chris is awesome and by all means if they are happy together, great. But the storyline sucks. It's just terrible.

I agree, I guess we got the out of left field with her engaged to Chris. I still say if Brooks would have come back Chris would not of had a chance.

Heading to work. Someone needs to cheer me up. It's absolutely ridiculous that I am sad about this show. I think I just wish I had more Brooks on my TV. Thinking I should try going unspoiled next season.

I don't think Brooks wished she was single. I think he said something last night that was very poignant. He said his relationship with Des was over and that he reached that conclusion for awhile. He sat there and broke up with her so long because he wanted to give her time to accept it as well . I think he feels bad that he could not love her and hates he broke heart. If Brooks wanted Des, he could have ha her but he did not. In the end, she made the best choice for herself.

Did you have a hard time finding this fan thread? I did!

I read Chris H's blog and you are right sfrank, he's just trying to sell the couple. Deisree LOVED that word game that they did and they wrote notes to each other and there's a reason why they didn't show certain scenes.

I guess you are right but I am still heart broken because I loved them together.
