The more I think about it the more I'm thinking that Drew is reacting the way he is because he's shocked that Brooks left and he feels for what Des is going through.

I don't think Drew is going to be the f1 but also don't think we saw anything last night that puts him out of it. I feel he's still in the mix for Bachelor but think he has other opportunities so may not want it. I wouldn't mind Juan Pablo if it's not Drew and it's easier to watch if your favorite isn't the lead. :Nod:

I am on the same page as you per the bolded.
I don't think he will be the next TB. In fact, I hope he runs from it.
But if anything I wonder specifically if he and Chris were the ones not happy about the ending hi-jinks. (especially if there was any producer ploy involved. Like yank me once shame on you--so you aren't going to yank me twice by offering a TB gig-lesson very learned)

I haven't seen any hot tubs in the pics at Antigua.  But, we shall see!  

There are private pools though.  I don't know if this will or won't be utilized while in Antigua--but it is with the resort and close.

Perhaps he wasn't talking about a "steamy" make out scene at all but rather a "steamy" discussion/scene on the beach.

Even though the end of this season may have been painful for Drew, he appears to be very, very happy to the point of taking a "leap of faith." The source of his happiness may be that he and Des are together (I refuse to give up at this point) or he may have recovered sufficiently to see his bright future. Producers probably haven't yet settled on the next bachelor, but those in the running seem to be Zak, Juan Pablo and probably Drew and Chris, if they're not f1.

We don't know that Drew wasn't anyone's choice based on that do we? It really didn't give much info. Remember when we used to be able to see exactly who voted for which of the f2 was the one? Of course it's not a f2 at this point.

It's down to three men, but the castmembers think one of them isn't the right fit for our Bachelorette.

What viewers didn't see: Harrison took a poll of the booted guys to see who they thought is the best fit for Desiree. A handful of guys raised their hands for Brooks. Said Kasey: "Brooks got first date and I saw how she acted around him after that first date even when he would just walk in he room and I could just tell there was something there. I can't recall the specific guys, exactly... I would have to go back and watch. But there were a lot of vids of conversations between guys, around the house, etc... and then PIs of Drew commenting. I kept thinking, where have these PIs been all season and why the focus on Drew?
