My understanding is that she just moved to Santa Monica recently, maybe when she returned from filming in May. Drew moved not too far away in June...but it may all be a coincidence. However Amy Bean has to watch them both I guess so they don't "run into each other" at Starbucks. giggling

yes, she moved to santa monica and she said it was because she loves the beach. it was a move for pleasure. if she were planning on moving to seattle soon to be with chris why move to santa monica first?

Actually, why move to Santa Monica if she's going to move to Salt Lake City to be with Brooks since he's got work there? Since Drew moved to LA or close by, come to think of it, he's the only one that has moved closer to Des. Should that mean something too??

Des did tell Chris she would move to Seattle if things worked out between them. I don't recall any similar conversation with either Brooks or Drew. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Well Brooks was till trying to decide if he even wanted to continue to date her much less move in with her. Drew prob would move to wherever Des was haha. Seriously though we don't get to see all of their conversations so maybe she did have similar convo with the others and it wasn't aired.

She did and it doesn't mean she's staying in CA or moving or anything. She could be staying there until she does move or the guy decides to move there. I don't take it as a clue as to what her choice is.

I said it before but feel like it bears repeating... At this juncture, if I was Des and felt like there was any possibility of moving forward with either Chris or Drew, I would take both men on dates to explain the situation and feel out a possible future with them BEFORE I would introduce them to my parents.

I'm thinking that possibly the LCDs come before the MTPs. We see Drew crying on the beach, we see Des crying in her red dress (already identified as LCD with Chris), but we still have not seen her parents... I think it's because if there are any MTPs, much has been resolved with each man.

hmmm, I thought is was the opposite. MTP then LCD then FRC. I may be wrong tho. and this season, who knows how it happens, they are making all kinds of concessions and adjustments.

Yes normally that is the way they do it. But it seems this season they will possibly switch it around.

Remember that Des told Nate that he would meet the guys only once she had made up her mind. Perhaps they do only meet 1 of Chris/Drew and then depending on when Brooks returns him as well.

I wonder if Des might just plan on only introducing the guy she really is interested in a future with to her parents. Not both f2 guys. And if it is Brooks he will have to be brought in at one point earlier than the proposal.

Personally for me I would like to see less home town dates. Brings to many families into the mix that she doesn't end up with.
