I think you are correct. I also think that the beach/horses could be FD. I had always thought since the caps came out that Brooks FD was suppose to be before Drew's and it is on Drew's that he talks to Des and tries to help her work through his leaving. Hense the tense beach scene. I have said before, if it was the LCD, why would she be mean and waste time going for the horseback ride first, just to turn around and tell him that he is leaving when they are sitting on the beach. To me, that makes no sense. I think Drew's FD is the horseback ride/beach scene
LCD is the romantic drive up the coast/picnic on the mountainside with the lobsters and fire in the background. That date is more like a LCD date anyways, IMO.

I do think the bed kissing scene will be the LCD time, hense that they had worked through any problems they had due to Brooks leaving...AND I could be imagining this or overthinking things, but that is how I see it..LOL.

Ok so obviously it is Chris with the helicopter date and therefore Drew with the drive up the coast.
Things is we don't know where Drew was actually staying to know if he had to drive to Shirley heights for their picnic or not. If he was actually at St james it could not be that much of a drive.

Where is the horses date taking place at ? Close by to the verandah ?

Now I'm confused again.  I thought that the Rendezvous Bay with the horse riding was part of the FD and Shirley Heights was LCD.  Has this changed???

I do think that the Shirley Heights is FD...

I'm not sure because it makes more sense to talk about driving up the coast when you're going to do something on a beach. If it were the Shirley Heights date you'd think they'd talk about the picnic or the view and not the drive. I wasn't before but now I'm leaning towards the horseback/beach being the FD especially now with the description. Of course they can't be more detailed so we'd know for sure.

I agree.  Hopefully we get a more fleshed out episode description soon ! But IMO the drive up the coastline  would end at a beach and not on a hill (Shirley Heights). Besides, even before we got this episode description a few of us have been thinking that Shirley Heights was LCD. IMO it is much like Em/Brads LCD activity. I thought Beach was more FD. Now it turns out that it is a drive + ???. We don't know yet.

Just so I have it straight....  I know its been discussed previously, but we've had lots of mini discussions, so....

From the SC evidence, do you all agree that the supposed meltdown/discussion/ Des crying w Brooks on the pier happens shortly after they meet for the scheduled FD.  If that is correct, Brooks goes from unsure if he wants to continue in this process at the beginning of his HTD, to a feeling of more certainty after the HTD, and then the next time he sees her a few days later, he's possibly leaving.  For a guy who has said he needs to be with her or he forgets, leaving even b/f he spends any time w her on the FD is odd.  

The previews are confusing. Des' crying  and VOs are confusing.
MF must be playing with our minds.

I believe the spoilers, so I'm biased, but
The only way I could see that Brooks is F1 is if:
1) they have a fight because he doesn't like that she is dating the other 2 guys.
2)She's crying because she doesn't know who to send home.

But how would that be different than regular endings? Where's the left field thing?

All this leaving, coming back, no FD makes no sense. Des and Brooks need more time to get to know each other. If he leaves, then he'll make a fair weather boyfriend....whatever. He certainly cannot become this FULLY committed boyfriend in 2 days! I predict FAILURE in real life.

I already don't like the fact that he wasn't crazy about her meeting his family, at first. Although Des was into Brooks 100% during the HTD, his mother was a little reluctant. Des seems to see and hear what she wants to, kind of like some posters who chose a favorite and dug in.

The left field thing is that after saying that she is in love with Brooks, he leaves and she realizes that he's not what she needs. She picks one of the other two? I know what the spoilers say, but how to make everything make sense, they really don't if you take in the Brooks spoiler. If you take in the Drew F1 spoiler that first came out, yes it does with what we have NOW.

I agree, if he is being whimsical as it looks right now, you could be right about having failure when this is said and done versus her choosing the one/'s that stood by her through the WHOLE journey. I am really confussed as to how to fit the spoiler of Brooks F1 into what we have/know from the caps and storyline and to tell the truth, the idea that Drew has already moved to the LA area is really suspicious. If he moved there to be the next bach, why now versus closer to the filming of the bach? To me, there is something more to all of this than a simple Brooks leaves, comes back, is the F1????

It's a two part finale.  My guess is we won't know who the Final 2 are until Aug 5th.

Well, that scenario would surely cause a lot of buzz for the next week. It could boost ratings for the 3 hour finale. It sounds like a scenario MF would love.
It doesn't even have to be something jaw dropping, just something to keep the viewers on the edge of their seats, even if contrived. It could be something like Jeremy returning for 5 minutes during De's season. Again much ado about nothing. People thought De was going to take Jeremy back.

We already know the drive is for the FD. It makes more sense that the drive goes with Rendezvous Bay because it's farther away.

Re: the 2 part finale. To me the cliffhanger is that Brooks, the one Des professed love for, left. Will she be left alone in the end or will she end up with one of the other two? Or will Brooks come back?

There's no way that Des can't make a decision about who to send home f3. Brooks isn't there so it's going to be like Ali's other than we're fairly sure Brooks returns.

I don't think you can see it in the SCs but in the video you can see the black leggings.
