This is what CH says about Brooks in the extra interview:

"It wasn't that he didn't care for her or maybe he didn't even love her but he just wasn't where she was. I think he saw how dead set she was on maybe marriage and where this was headed and he just wasn't here."

JP & Ashley and even Ali in her blog today admit that it's impossible to know in that short period of time if it's going to last, only a few have been lucky to find their match but the relationship doesn't truly start until after the show is over.. maybe someone finally convinced Brooks that putting a ring on it in Bachelorland just means you're going to give it a go after the final rose. Doesn't mean they have to walk down the aisle tomorrow, as crazy as that sounds to the rest of us.

I totally agree. Point is CH has said different things throughout the day, and this interview points to possibility of Brooks loving her, coming back, etc. His blog did not do that at all.

Agree Cecilia, he is all over the map so makes me wonder how long ago he wrote that blog and if the Producers are now changing their approach on how they tease the finale?

CH flat out said Brooks said he didn't love her and was almost at the point of forcing himself to and then he says that? I mean, seriously that is just nuts.
