I don't believe the "I'm in love with Des" is Drew. Chris maybe?

I'm not sure about the other one. It doesn't sound like Brooks to me. Could be Drew.

Also when they discuss "don't Like Des... but do you love her"... in the car.
After the Joggin/running convo at dinner, he says "Des is so amazing..."

I think it does too….at least I think more than Chris or Drew. But it is really hard to tell.
