He is crying. He's sobbing. Sniffling. Quiet, deep crying that shows the depth of his misery. Maybe he's cried all his tears out.

To me, it looks like Zak around the eyes.

It's Brooks. It's Brooks' eyebrows and some SCs show his long, dark hair. And, Brooks would be the only one crying like that.

And, Brooks would be the only one crying like that. That's an assumption.

I think people are really stating things, and not all are facts. That is what is getting confusing.

I thought that, too, like someone here said. That really close screencap looks like it could Zak. I can see him taking all of this really hard.

 
1) Is he pulling a "Mesnick" over a blanket, pillow, a nightclub type VIP rope-off, or Des?
2) Though we can't see skin, could Des be off to the left? Or is Brooks hovering over her because of his height? She does like to snuggle in the crook of his arm.
3) Is the fabric the infamous prop mint green blanket, or Des' clothing/earring/scarf etc.or some other unforeseen object ?
4) Did this take place on a different day other than BSG SC day? Could it be a FRC close-up?
5) Is he crying or sweating? Are they tears of sadness or joy?

If you look at the video is slow-mo, pieces of dark hair spill over near the face, indicating Brooks. I don't think Zak's hair is long enough.

Are Zak's eyelashes that long too? It looks like Brooks' to me.

He looks miserable and sounds miserable. Sadness.

I know it's Brooks, because of the wrinkles he gets on the side of his eyes.

I love that we've spent so much time looking at a close-up of Brooks. Not complaining.
