It's just intentionally edited to throw the ending off completely. I still say its brooks no matter what they're showing. And that doesn't mean I'm not seeing the we're not on the same page comment or the problem that's going to take place in Antigua. I see that there will be issues regarding where brooks stands in relation to des. I guess he is cautious about the quick pace of the show and he wants to "jog" not run to the finish. I remember the earlier scene where brooks is crying in a PI during their dinner in Madeira. It could be tied to his concern about how they're on different pages or as many of you have said, about how things will affect his family later on. This is why Chris H is calling Brooks an enigma and saying he's just been going with the flow until now. But when you read the ABC preview for next week you see things are at least temporarily resolved because they say "four very happy bachelors earn home town dates next week..." Des already seems to be confessing her love for Brooks (and maybe Chris too) to Chris H. And I'm pretty sure brooks is going into home towns with that same Rocky Balboa attitude he's had since the first 1 on 1. Beyond that it's just intentional BS editing to throw the viewers off.

The problem are the screencaps don't match that. Him in the limo. Are those shorts he's wearing or slacks? The door he opens isn't at the Verandah, but he's wearing the exact same outfit.

That preview is so freaking spliced and diced, I don't get what to make from them.

I think I read it from a tweet of his because it made me happy since I like Ben. Then the season started and it was just catfights and controversy. Maybe he was just being sarcastic or something though....I mean it is him after all lol

it's funny because des didn't really catch that as she answered with "i" am starting to run whereas he said "we're" jogging. her focus is more on where she is at in her process with him right now and he is thinking of the two of them. she probably didn't hear him say where are "we" because she is so excited when she is around him that she tends to interrupt him a lot. i haven't noticed her doing that with the other guys.

Me too ..I can't wait to see them with their heads in the clouds..it's going to be great. I'm just hoping they don't cut too much from it. I want a full two hour Brooks and Desiree episode.. Would be so cool :bigsigh: .

How about if Brooks and Des are together near her villa doing what ever..they start talking, Brooks sticks his foot in his mouth upsetting Des terribly...he's walking around in circles as she runs off to sit on the pier.. he goes to get her...he holds her as she sobs against his chest, they can't get things straight, the car comes to pick him to drive him back to his villa and he can hardly stop crying.Des is so distraught all she wants to do is go home ..but she really wants to see Brooks....the knock on his door is Des ..They talk it out and realize they were both wrong. She throws her arms around him and they both cry some more Now lets see how off base I am with this. If somebody already posted this scenario, I apologize as I must have missed it ... :headbanging

Seems in the caps thread that Brooks is at the Galley Bay resort when he's opening that door... I know, I am totally confused too.
