The only ones I know are about mean girl wannabes, Sarah H & Lindsay, making innuendos about Drew's sexuality & Mills re-tweeting a similar tweet. To me they just made themselves look bad.

Yeah, that was really uncalled for and I expected better of them - maybe they are trying to be funny/snarky like Spivs but they are failing miserably at it.  I don't know what to say about Millsy - maybe he thinks he's funny too - who knows.

I feel bad for both Drew and Chris today - they may be completely over the whole thing now and perfectly happy, but ,woah, that had to sting last night thinking they had a chance with her when they introduced her to their families only to find out, they didn't.  I'm guessing the families didn't feel too great either.

I found myself getting a little queasy and uncomfortable watching it myself. So I can only imagine how Drew and Chris must have felt. Drew even let his sister be a part of the HTD, which was something quite special.  I seem to recall Des saying at some point that Drew didn't open up. Well he certainly has opened up at this time.  He went all in and now he knows that no one but Brooks had a chance.  

I was wondering what the families were thinking, too.  They seemed so protective of their guys and rightly so.

Yes, but did he know that she was saying all along that she loved Brooks? He may know at that point that Brooks comes back or he's the one, but if he had known that Des was saying it to CH and effectively all of America, then he might have acted differently.

Exactly. Des doesn't exactly keep Drew at arms length so how's he supposed to know?  They have a clue when she's upset at the f3 RC but doubt they know the extent of her feelings.

If she started crying in front of them at the RC I'm pretty sure they clued in properly. They would have to be blind not to see it.

But it would be nice if she came clean to Drew when she met him next. I am hopeful of this but not certain that she would give him that courtesy.

Hopefully Brooks has sent Des  a truckload of designer shoes for the stunt he pulls in Antigua  

I agree -- but TPTB are most likely hoping that, as long as he proposes in the end, his immature and needy behavior will be worth the ruckus!  I just wish that Des would have seen the trees rather than the forest!  She would have made her life easier in the end.

What makes him immature and needy .. He is where most guys are at this point in the game .. The other F3 certainly jumped the gun in the ILY department

I find Brooks (or any man) to be immature and needy when they are unable to identify their emotions (or lackthereof, specifically) unless they first discuss it with their mom and siblings. I don't think that he is needy in terms of needing Desiree, but she had better consider that if they are a couple in the future, he may have to check in with mom before making any further decisions.

I would love for his decision to be "let's date and see where that goes". I think this last episode showed me that he is pretty clueless. The big concept illustrating that for me was when he stated that he and Des were on the same page (or something to that effect) in terms of their relationship. Of course, Desiree has not chosen to/been allowed to tell him that she is madly in love with him, but it was clear that he was not aware or tuned into her crazy infatuation with him.

Over the last week I went from feeling neutral about Brooks, to admiring him for not leading her on, to shaking my head in wonder over his lack of social awareness.

Drew may look like a young boy, but I see love in his eyes not only for Des, but also for his dear family. My admiration has clearly shifted, and there is nothing wrong with that!!
