Bloomers, I really suspected that he specifically used the term "jealous rage" as a joke, because it probably got back to him (or Ash told him) that there was buzz out there that he had an anger management problem, or a tendency to get into "jealous rages". Honestly, IMO, this is probably so far off the mark with regards to how this guy lives his life that he made that comment in total self deprecation. Because if he really had a history of temper problems, I doubt he would even joke about it. Brad sure didn't.

Thank you for your comments in bold! This is exactly the way I see it. If a guy had a propensity for this kind of behavior, he certainly wouldn't be making light of it, nor would he admit it so openly. As I have said before, someone with this kind of problem, a supposedly "dangerously jealous or dark side", would never talk about it openly in any way. People who have these issues don't even acknowledge it.

I have this sense that JP may be a bit embarrassed by his hissy fit in Taipai. I do think this was one of those moments where he was not himself.

He even admitted to his brother that he was in a bad place in Taipei. I'm sure he was embarrassed to watch that all back on TV.

I'll never be able to watch CSI the same again....without this mental image. Definitely damaged my fragile mind!! LOL

I have definite feelings about all of the sleeping in the Fantasy Suite business and expressed it once. I was very quietly contacted by one of the old timers who knows and told that the producers are aware that there IS a lot of it going on in the Fantasy Suite. Now the old timer sluether was not agreeing morally with it - very far from it - however, she was setting me straight on what I was posting. That kind of thing does happen from time to time when I get off course in honestly posting something that I think to be true about the franchise and one of the old time sluthers who know production, etc., will contact me and clue me in.
The fact is that regardless of what the lead publicly states, there is considerably more of it going on then we want to acknowledge.

Maybe I, too, am a bit old-fashioned and naive, but...

Ok, so what I said was something along the lines of I somehow doubted That many of them slept with their F3, yada, yada and then for good measure I threw in how I feel about it as well. That was when I quietly got the PM that, Yes indeed, a good bit of sleeping with the F3 does take place in the Fantasy Suites, and the producers do know about it, and I won't talk about the particular season, but for the extra measure, I got the nitty gritty details. That is because when I was still teaching full time in the Middle School we had a nurse that came and talked to the girls, and she told them that 1 out of every 5 single women has an STD, and then told about all this stuff starting with 12 and 13 year old girls.
No, I don't like all that sleeping in the Fantasy Suite, and I think they ought to be lots more careful, selective, limited, exclusive, and every other word that I can think of. :strings1
