The person holding the ring, is Zak, he has on blue shirt while holding the ring, you can see his cuff. When they show him later he also has on a blue shirt under the suite coat while in the limo.

Chris has on a white shirt.

Brooks is the BSG you see this when he is walking around upset saying he doesn't know what to say to make this right/ok and you also see him casual in same shirt sitting in the Limo, every other guy in limo scenes have on suites.

I think so, too.
That diamond looked much smaller than the 2 rings previewed by Neil Lane. So it's either a past ring from other seasons thrown in to fool us or Zak's.

Interesting. You could tell that he was questioning things in his mind while sitting next to James and then his PI of needing to ask Des questions if she kept James. And maybe that was a missing piece of a conversation between the two? I haven't seen it.
