So Catherine favorited the following tweet about how to pronounce her name but this is not how Sean renounces it I don't think.  This tweet would make the e on the middle syllable a long e but Sean doesn't pronounce it as a long e. Very confusing!

So confusing! Sean, just make her a Lowe already!

I always thought Sean said it right when he pronounced but now I'm even more confused to hear it's wrong.

I just noticed Cat started following Graham Bunn today. He recently moved to L.A. and I know he's friends with Sean so perhaps we will be seeing them all hanging out together, something I would never be opposed to.

Graham was definitely the only reason I watched Deanna's season. And definitely poor you!

In the bubble wrap photo shoot, she says her name. It seems like she said it the same way Sean said it... So confused!

^^ i'm guessing the way Sean says her last name is correct and the name he mispronounced and misspelled was one of her middle names. Strange because they are actually easier but I imagine he has more practice with the last name. Why Catherine favorited the tweet, I dont know. Maybe she figured we needed something to talk about? lol

Thanks so much for finding this video. She definitely says her name like Sean does with the emphasis on the last syllable.  Maybe she wasn't really paying attention to the way  the tweeter was doing the pronunciation.  Paris in the interview the other day also pronounced it the way Sean does and is most likely how she pronounced it for him.  Other interviewers have said "Jew dee chi" but they probably did not know any difference.  I am going with the pronunciation the puts the emphasis on the chi!

She's probably heard her last name mispronounced enough times that either the way the tweeter phonetically spelled it, or the way Sean said it, are acceptable for her. If you'll recall, when Sean pronounced it in the post-DWTS video she complimented him on the pronunciation (I'm sure someone can quickly call up that video), and his pronunciation is how she said it in the bubble wrap video

I haven't thought for one minute that they are in CA just living it up and both of them not working.  I agree with Pia1 they are trying to make as much money now as they can for their future and have always thought that was their intention. I agree the person who asked what Catherine was doing was incredibly rude.  They are intelligent people and know soon as the televised wedding is done back to complete normalcy they will go. Which I think for the most part they are already really doing with the exception of an appearance here or there. If I were offered $$$ for a tweet or an appearance that would help us build a nice little nest egg you can bet your sweet bippy I'd do it.
