Obviously a very slow day so I thought I would bring this here. It is a video from someone who I guess didn't get into their workout but you can see Sean and Catherine in the video. they are both dressed in black and on the treadmills. Catherine responded to the girl with a Nicole!

Nicole appears to work for Barry's Bootcamp in some capacity.

But they are definitely making me feel very inactive with the amount of exercise they are doing. Makes my 4 days a week gym trips look lazy in comparison.

Looking out of shape and worse than everyone else in the room would definitely motivate me!

They have so much in common which is why I think their love just keeps growing. They both work out at high levels (I got tired just looking at them on the treadmill), both enjoy church, love dogs, etc. I think many couples fall in love on the show and then when they get back to every day life, find they don't have much in common. Sean and Cat seem to like the same things. How nice. I picture them running a marathon together one day soon.
