It looks like the recent haircut. Maybe he/they had some recent pictures taken? It looks more like a photo shoot than one Cat would have caught on her own to me.

Thanks lovebites. Now that I look at it again, his hair does appear to be a little longer in the back than the most recent haircut so I'm guess it was before.

I'm about 99% sure this is an SC from his time on The Bachelorette. If I had the time I would go find it in the old threads or my photobucket account.
