But it was Chris who lamented about taking his girl whomever she was out more often than necessary. ;). Maybe they just grew apart but hope Chris didn't go on the show like Melissa R to make the ex jealous then get back with her. Aka rebound . He must have really hurt with that breakup. Ok I'll wait till Monday to get the edited version of his past loves.
Honestly, basing it on Chris, I am inclined to believe it might have been a mutual breakup, but I am not sure. And he certainly doesn't seem like the person who to would go to a show to make someone jealous. It just...doesn't seem to fit. It might be my biasness, but from what I've seen so far...
And Des being crazy...hmm..we will find out. Eventually.
I agree, nymeria. Chris is not your typical stereotype. When he shared with Des that he started going to coffee shops and writing poems during a difficult time in his life while struggling with his baseball career in 2009, I thought how refreshing! It was just so clear to me how different he is from the typical baseball player, most of whom would go to a bar and drown themselves in alcohol. Not generalizing here, just saying Chris seems to have handled adversity in a very positive way, so far. I think it may have something to do with his upbringing as well, JMO.
Completely agreed bbmom! Very well put. It might definitely have to with his upbringing seeing as his parents have been married for over 30 years (?). Optimism. That is what I love about him. You can see it in his poems as well. Though I wonder, why no luck in love? That bums me out.

Hahahah true. He is young. Well...hopefully his love of his life will be soon as well.
More than that, I want him to come out of his shell.
It makes stalking incredibly difficult, especially in comparison to the other contestants. Though I do like this quiet, reserved personality.
Hard to choose.

You say that you love rain but you open your umbrella when it rains. You say that you love the sun, but you find a shadowy spot when the sun shines. You say that you love the wind, but you close your window when the wind blows. This is why I am afraid when you say that you love me too. -unknown

True. I have always felt that he was just the fb/instagram kind of a person and rather just have a group of friends. Maybe that's why he never even had twitter in the first place.
