Not really.  Just a shot of them with her laughing at him in the high heels.  There's them talking, but others are around.

Based on this...I'd say its JP's rose if anybodys. I think she is just giving her usual "will you accept this rose" group date preamble. Chris probably got a shout out for the hoops and heels routine. Its took guts! Besides he would have also just gotten the one the week before.
