Lets forget what we (think we) know and look at the things that have so far been confirmed:
 
Des stayed at St. Anne's Point (private rental) during filming, so it's most likely the MTP took place at this venue.
The three guy's were at Verandah resort, St. James club and Galley Bay Resort; the fantasy dates took place here. The hotels released this info and RS confirmed it.
 
The final three are usually placed in separate hotels, so, under what circumstances would Des be at one of the guys hotel, crying in his arms?
 
For me personally, the answer to this is that she went there to let this guy go, before the FRC. As I've said earlier, I have watched that scene in the slowest of slow motions (slower than what I uploaded) and that guy is not "consoling" Des, in the real sense, he was just hugging her, while she cried. Added to that is the scene where she is sitting alone at the pier, as if she just said goodbye. I visited the websites for these hotels and I found out that you can take a boat from Verandah to the airport, so maybe she saw the guy off to the pier, the same way Emily saw Arie off to the waiting bus.
 
I hope the Chrisaholics won't attack me for this; I am not saying the guy is Chris, just passing on what I found out!
 
Like I said, I visited the websites of these hotels and found out that Verandah Resort is bordered by Devils's Bridge; the other two are on other parts of the island. Chris met up with Des at Devil's Bridge for their FD :hidingchair.

Julychild, I am one of the earliest residents of Chrisville and a proud "Chrisaholic". If your theory is correct, then I would be happy that Des let him go early instead of having him go down on one knee at the FRC only to reject him. So don't hide under the chair. I think I speak for all Chrisaholics when I say that this would be the most considerate way to say goodbye to Chris  if Des is choosing someone else.

Oh definitely! I don't agree with some that des said his body was the best because she didn't want to say brooks and be to obvious! Chris blows all of those guys out of the water and des didn't hesitate!
