No, I think they had their normal fantasy date. What I am saying is we don't know for certain that horseback riding wasn't part of the FD, even with a change of clothing.
My thought was Brooks left, she took Chris & Drew as the last 2, but Brooks returns before Drew's LCD (or even before MTP), so she pulls Drew aside to tell him, hence the scene we see with Drew. Just a guess……like everyone, I am trying to figure out how this went down!!

I feel you!!!! All we can do is guess and make assumptions. However, I also feel Drew got two dates. One date was the Shirley height one (you can see a picnic basket in the first sneak peek), then dinner in same clothes(wonder why!) Horseback riding, we see Des in the long black pants and whiteish part of top on the horse, then that weird beach scene in the same clothes, with a stupid burnfire beside them on what appears to be an extremely hot day (crazy!!!!). I have no idea where that hotel bedroom scene fits in. If you watch the slo mo preview on dreamer's site you will see the clothes better.

I think the more we try to make the previews fit our stroryline of Brooks leaving and coming back, the more twisted it all gets. I don't know what happens at the end but I do not believe the leaving/coming back scenario. I haven't seen a single thing that indicates that this happens. If anyone knows something I am missing, please point it out to me. Thanks

July, just a little suggestion. Maybe you could analyse PIs, esp on epis 3,4,5, of Chris and Brooks. on Ep.3 I ve found Chris foreshadowing Bryden's interruption, by commenting on Kasey's date interruption by Brian.and....he certainly mocking on Brooks as his "rivalry"..thus foreshadowing a FRC situation, IMO. OTOH u can have tonz of PIs and shots of Brooks foreshadowing him leaving by commenting on Bryden's leaving. what stood out to me is at the end of ep.4, where he was doing a PI with mansion background (likely taken after filming, just as the ones of Chris's): ....."pack your bag!!..."

Thanks Murasaki. I wish I was as painstaking and patient as you and JBF appear to be, but I am not. I will wait to see epi. 7&8, to look out for such foreshadowing. I believe they do drop crumbs at times, if someone will be leaving in a future episode.

I didn't realize the clothes were the same re: what I bolded. I knew Des had on a white shirt.
So Drew gets a LCD….which means he got a MTP date, because that's how it falls….FD, then MTP, then LCD.

I wonder if at some point during the LCD, they alert her that Brooks has returned, and then she talks to Drew??

Another possibility…..could she have had a disagreement with Brooks, and she asks for all 3 to stay for MTP and LCDs?

I think my first scenario may be more likely to have happened.

When I said I didn't know where the bedroom scene fits in, I meant that I don't know if its FD or LCD. To me, it doesn't make sense as FD because I don't understand that he'll tell her "I've fallen for you" during the day and then say " I fall more and more in love with you, everyday" by night. When did the "everyday" part happen? I don't know who handled the previews this season, but for once I am impressed by Next production!

The quotes are super confusing.

Yes - Logically he would say that he has fallen for her AFTER he tells her he is falling for her more and more everyday.

So therefore my second scenario that I listed fits better right ?

So when would you all guess Brooks returns?
