Everyone's picking Brooks for Des.

The reason the unspoiled masses are picking Brooks for Des is because they've really only gotten to "know" two guys; Brooks and Bryden. And I'd agree that Brooks seems much sweeter and softer and more interested in Des. The public certainly won't be predicting she picks a guy they've never seen open his mouth like Chris. Good point Irish, most viewers don't know the details we do and even tend to confuse the guys, kind of like the first days after the photos come out and we are scrambling to remember each one's name.

Ditto to whoever mentioned the crew guys...several of them all look alike...including the PAs, not our distinctive Elan, LOL. I could see a general description being responded to affirmatively when it may or may not have been Brooks.

OK guys! There's another clue of what's coming up! Now, I wish I re-read that article, but in the InTouch one they say that a guy or even guys leave and come back? Anyone read it yet?

Well, technically if Brooks goes to the hospital for treatment, then returns after the date is over; that is leaving and then returning. The same could be said for Micheal who goes to get his thumb bandaged up, then comes back. It could be something as simple and dull as that. Just another example of the machine wording things to sound sensational.

Do we know how Micheal gets his thumb hurt yet? Is it from fighting the guy for lying about kissing Des in the car? Or something else?

It does seem excessive for a simple break. Somehow I think it's worse than that- especially since he has a visit with a Dr. in New Jersey to follow up. It's possible it was compound and it needed to be properly set and stitches (ouch!). We'll soon find out.

That's certainly what they'll tell us. As someone who has had fractures of the finger, foot, ankle, elbow and ribs....I can tell you that a compund finger fracture is the least painful and the easiest dealt with. It's all for drama. I'm not falling for it.

i would not put too much stock in the Fleiss interview, we shoould be used to it for now, they've always said things that we did not see at the end of each freaking season, so just ignore it and sleuth other things that were said but not by Fleiss lol

Compared to most guys just shrugging it off, icing it and running out to the local CVS for a splint, you mean?
Drama for the show and producer inspired. Thank god they didn't intubate him is all I can say.

After Tierra last season, tptb will use any medical emergency for drama.

There have been others that had to go to the hospital and I believe from a blurry pic taken that Brooks ends up at the after party, but he's still wearing the red dodge ball outfit.

What is interesting is that it seems that she pulls a Sean and has all the guys there to pick a one on one time and not from the group that won the game.

I'm behind but are you saying the Red team won and she chose to spend time with the blue team similar to what Sean did last season ?
