We will never know if Tim made the best choice. However, what I do know is that he made a good decision for him: as my mom would say, the proof is the pudding. Jenna and Tim have now been together a year and by all accounts are very happy. And Tim has described the relationship as easy. Further, to underscore what another poster said (I believe on a different thread), I think Tim had to make this decision to see where his strong physical attraction with Jenna would take the relationship. If not, as the other poster said, he might have easily contaminated his next relationship whether it would have been with Sara or someone else with the "what ifs."

So we can officially say that Jenna posting pictures on FB and Sarah posting pictures were dead give aways. As much as they keep denying it they were wrong. Cant dispute it now. I mentioned it to Jenna and I was blocked from her. Guess she realized she made a mistake. But that's what kids do. I am sure they are very happy, which is great. I guess we all know why this show was axed. I still dont see a thing between Angela and Ben. It was like watching paint dry and they hid the love story between Jenna and Tim. Don't say we saw it. We didn't . We saw chemistry. And till the end he made Sara think she was it. Seeing her in the garden the last time confirms he led her to believe till the last second. My feeling is she was too good for this show. She is so classy. My cousin is an actor and he told me that this show was the laugh of the network and that Eva is embarressed as hell over it. He told me I am investing too much into it and he is right. He said to look at her accounts and see she never mentions it. They just want it to go away. They have gotten so much more negative press over it than positive. And they never expected the Sara story to turn have such a backlash. Oh well they deserve all the stuff they get

Wish I could find the episode to watch. I'm glad my eyes weren't deceiving me. I only saw a connection between Tim and Jenna.

Obviously we don't know these people, but it seems to me that Jenna does indeed fit much better with Tim's lifestyle. I think that Sarah Moore touched on this fact too.

I believe all of the above except the part about the execs at NBC not KNOWING that the Sara story would bring backlash. Are they that inept? Seriously, any person with half a brain would see her story in a sympathetic light. If that is the case, then NBC really is going by the wayside. This show really was a bomb!

I enjoyed reading the board regarding the show. But the show itself just sucked. The one couple that I actually saw a love story shown for was Shandi and Ernesto and they are no longer together. Based on what we were shown Ben's ending made no sense to me and all I saw with Tim and Jenna was physical chemistry not falling in love. But maybe most of that happened after the show ended so I am happy for them.

I totally understand why NBC gave up on this so quickly.

Wow. Can you say embarrassing? And scripted? Boy, someone was dead asleep at the network. I mean jeeeeeez. Awful what this show says about love and relationships. Awful. I actually feel sorry for ALL of them...including the Matchmakers. Although, Amber seemed on script as well.

And sure seems like Tim played along...Not good. Doesn't seem like Sara was 'playing.' But on the bright side, Sara struck me as so beyond the maturity level of the 'boys.' POUND IT! The girls were right, Tim landed exactly where he should have...the person closest to his emotional age. So at least Sara dodged a bullet. Big time.

Yes I heard that Eva was told not to even tweet or anything about it because they just want it to go away. Isnt it wierd if you look at her account she doesnt mention it. My cousin said that they are pissed that they brought the whole Sara story along so far. It made it like it wasnt about love but lust. They also hate that he calls her little one and kid. They wanted it to end up being a love story like Sara's. My cousin told me he knew since last year that it was Jenna and that I was so into Sara he didnt want to ruin it for me. He said that they were offered other options to show it but that it was obvious that Sara was the fan favorite by such a large margin and that Ernesto was done with Shandi that it didnt make sense to sink any money further into it. He asked me if I didnt think it was wierd that you have not seen a thing about it on TV recently. He said they cant be done with this soon enough.

That is AWESOME. Awful. Truly jumped the shark. I hope it lives on in the annals of tv history as the show that was the beginning of the end of reality dating shows. Jeeeeez. I really surprised they aired it at all. I mean come on. Soooooo insulting in so many ways.

Wow. Not surprised at all. Gotta say calling Jenna "little one" and "kid" is a bit creepy. They should be pissed that they brought the Sara story along like they did. It really was in poor taste. And shame on Tim for playing along with the ruse. Totally disgusted. What made it worse is that this show is so low-brow. You have the women literally in glass coffins, in the damn "dollhouse" and being excoriated for their dating performance in front of a studio audience (I actually did think the mm gave good advice, just thought the format was too humiliating).
No wonder NBC was quick to dump this dog of a show.
