I'm no attorney, but I would think that thqey would be bound to term their contract until the Show either aires or they receive notice that they are no longer bound by contract.

They were at the same event, they could argue that it wasn't planned.....It's not like there are pictures of them holding hands, kissing etc......I think we are making more out of what is said by these Bachelors when in the past everything that is said is for public consumption and not to be taken literally......
I would think that Tim would tell his F1 (I'm sure they talk) about where he performs. jmo

I am sure he would, and what events he was going to be attending thus the photo in question.....I don't have a girl in the race but to toss aside this photo as nothing.......If I was the F1 an if it isn't Jenna, wouldn't this bother you?

IMO, that would depend on how strong Tim's relationship is with his F1. If Jenna isn't F1, and she wants to attend a local event that happens to have PWT's performing, I would think that she would attend.

So, some think it is Jenna, others Sara and yet some Hailey. As crappy as the format of this show is, I think the producers have done a great job of not presenting a clear frontrunner in both Tim and Ben's houses!.

Hats off to Tim's F1 if it's not Jenna for being such an understanding gf, and to my understanding Jenna was at another event the next night that Tim was attending......Maybe we have another scandal forget about Ernesto/Eva....

The only question I have is if this picture was really taken today. Because weather was suppose to be rainy, thunderstorms. You wouldn't have a boat out in that.

OK so I love reading everyones thoughts and now that I have successfully tucked in my 2 and 5 yr old niece and nephew for the night I am going to add a few of my recent thoughts. I understand that some of us see different love stories unfolding. I think that when you really want someone to be "the one" you see it from your perspective. I just love Sara and think they were just meant to be together. I do not see a thing with him and Hailey. Good friends. Even things he has said to her. Now I can see editing coming into play for sure. But this is a show about love and they want to show a love story I would presume. Well not showing me Jenna of course gets me to think "is it that obvious when they are together"? But then I think the Jenna they show I don't even care for. She seems very immature with the eye rolling and the questioning of the other girls feelings. She has said to Tim that her flaw is she is territorial and jealous. Well in Tim's interview he said this is the easiest relationship he has ever been in. They have never had an argument . I am sorry but I don't think that matches Jenna's personality. I think that knowing what Sara has been through, he wouldn't have said the things he said to her on the last date and wouldn't keep her till the end if it wasn't her. Like I said this next date will make it very clear to us. If he is going to choose someone the next week we have to be able to see it clearly this week.

lovinglife, you have just taken the words right out of my mouth. I believe it's Sara for the exact same reasons you do.

Tim did say in more than one episode that Sara has a depth of maturity that some of the other girls don't have. Jenna is portrayed as immature. Even his dad questioned her inexperience in love. The other thing that bothered me in this last episode was her reluctance to admit feelings for Tim. When Amber asked her if she was falling for Tim, Jenna said, "Every single week, I'm more and more heading in that direction. It's something so hard for me because it's such a big deal. But yes, I could be falling for him." In her garden scene, she sounded very awkward with her "admission" that she was falling for him.

I think she is a cute girl, but like Tracy told Tim, you have to ask, who is going to be the mother of your children?

It rained on and off til about 2 and then was cloudy. No thunderstorms like yesterday. I took a pic around 8 to show another poster that Sara's was not in Austin because the sun had not set and didn't match her pic. Here's how it looked for comparison. Also that's the 360 bridge, so definitely Lake Austin.

The pic he posted right before that was of his mom on the boat as well and the sky looks more threatening in that pic. Maybe Tim was just on the boat with his parents and F1 did something else for a few hours. Or she was sitting next to mom. Who knows.

Around the .38 mark it almost seems like he looks over at his F1.
