Truthfully, I haven't even watched Des's first episode...I can only handle one love reality show at a time. I'll catch up once RFL is over.

yes, it is weird to watch! It's easier to spot things that happen naturally, and things that aren't, that I never would have noticed before. And it's easy to spot things that are prodicer-invoked in interviews. Part of me wishes I had held out and tried out for the Bachelor that summer....buttttt I'm so happy with my experience, the people I've met, and the places RFL took me!

Okay, here's another observation that you may not be able to comment on much. I noticed that when Tim selected Jenna as the first girl to be saved this week neither Hailey or Sara looked shocked. They seemed resigned to it.

I got the same impression when the producers showed Sara and Hailey's faces last week when Jenna came back with Tim from the garden.

Can you say anything about that?

I think the connection between Jenna and Tim was obvious from her 1st one on one. As a female, how could you NOT not be surprised that he picks her, you know? She's young, spunky, engaging, full of life, and drop dead gorgeous. But that was just the feeling in our house with pretty much everyone -- we wanted the best for Tim. If that didn't mean me, then I was happy to bow out gracefully. Granted I didn't exactly bow out gracefully, but that's because I truly believe he made the wrong decision. We all were supportive of each others feelings for him and could see each other with him (for the most part). We could easliy see what it was that Tim liked about each other and we loved each other. So, we were generally supportive of his decisions, because they were, generally, the right decision at that time.

Boy, I can see that about you girls. I really believe that when you all say you wanted the best for Tim. I loved Hailey's hug to Jenna at the end after Jenna got her feelings out....it's a living example of how you guys supported one another...so classy. I loved watching Hailey with her kids. Her passion for teaching and joy in it was so evident.

So another speculating question. In your case, you seemed like you were able to break out of the RFL bubble pretty quickly once you got back to the real world. Of course, it didn't hurt that Eddie was there. :gotcha:

You already mentioned that it was really hard for Hailey after she was let go. I suppose that would have to be also true for the F2. Yes? Is that a fair statement?

hey sarah were you and jenna friends from the very start? I recall on the episode where you all play ready for lopez you asking Hailey if she was really worried about a 23 yr old? did you really say that or was it just editing again? I really wish they would have showed more of you girls interacting with each other too.

I think you said all the girls who were let go got to talk to Tim on stage one last time. Do you think it's pretty much the standard WTA talk...or are we going to see something interesting in the exchange you guys had with Tim? Do you girls ever address issues with one another during this time?

Yes, Hailey seems like an amazing teacher! I've been trying to get her to paint something for me to hang in my room!

It was really hard for me, until I went back to film the final show. That gave me the closure I needed. Eddie definitely helped after that -- but it was still weird! It's just a strange phenomenon to understand unless you went through it too. that I can't imagine how difficult it was for the F2. Her family was there, so she was surrounded by love and support. A bunch of girls went to visit her at the hotel as well, I only talked to her on the phone. She's a strong girl though and she is doing so well, though I cant even wrap my brain around how difficult it will be to watch next week.

we were friends since the minute we saw each other before the 1st show! No one made it a secret that we were concerned about Jenna's age. My comment was never meant to be behind Jenna's back, it was more to keep everyone calm and shut up about Jenna having time alone with him haha

no one had issues. I asked him for Ernesto's number (Lord PLEASE edit that out! my joke FLOPPED!) and I asked how early on in the process he knew who he wanted and if he gave everyone else a fair chance. that was probably the most confrontational anyone got on stage. he totally avoided answering my question too haha so that should tell you something ;)

Did you get the sense from production that there would be a second season of RFL during or soon after filming ended? Just curious if you all had this feel that you were on the first of many RFL seasons to come.

I am just so surprised that NBC did not give RFL more of a chance to succeed. Have you heard anything about them re-tooling and coming out with another version ... maybe with less matchmakers and maybe one less contestant.
