Here's a question for you guys: why all the interest with Tim and Tim's girls? What makes him more interesting than Ben and Ernesto? Why are you not as invested in their stories? Just curious!

Oh my goodness, good question! I can only speak for myself (but I think most of the ladies on here feel the same), I think the biggest thing for me with Tim and his girls is that from the beginning there was a sense of "genuiness". I originally started to watch the show bc I was a big fan of Giulianna and Bill. In complete honesty, I didn't even know who Tim or the Plain White T's were. Of course I knew there music, but I didn't know the band or it's members specifically. After I learned more about who he was and his reasons for being on the show, I just somehow became invested. I truly wanted to see him find love! I'll admit the whole Leah thing was intriguing in the beginning too, kind of like, hmmmm what's the story behind that? And then as the weeks progressed, I found that his group of girls were truly good people (for the most part, at times I've also noticed a few who didn't seem to be there for the right reasons as well). I think the way you all (for the most part) let the Leah thing play out showed alot about your characters too. It's like you didn't need to go into attach mode and gang up against her, and I especially thought it was admirable that you stuck up for her miss moore. Then from there, it really became a matter of becoming invested in watching his story with Jenna unfold. And this is where there becomes a level of disagreement on this forum....everyone has their favorite girl, so out of respect I will only describe my viewing experience watching Tim and Jenna....For me there's this "swoon-worthy" connection between the two. I can only describe it as that feeling you get when you watch a really great love story in a movie. You know that feeling when you watched Noah and Allie in the Notebook, or any other Nicholas Sparks love story for that matter, ha

Of course I could be completely wrong and maybe I've just fallen susceptible to clever editing, but when I see him look at her, something is completely and totally different than the way he looks at anyone else. And then when I watch her handle herself with such poise, I can't help but love her! I could go on and on, but hopefully that answers your question.....

Oh and one more thing...there's also something about them both being from Austin for me. Just knowing what an amazing city that is also added a certain level of intrigue....

I was interested in Ernesto until I realized that he really is with Eva . They were both tweeting from San Antonio a couple of weeks ago! Then I read Wait a Minute 's analysis here of the national enquirer article from last year and I think it makes a lot of sense . It turned me off to Ernesto and his story.
I was more interested in Ben before I read his personal website. He seems too pleased with himself. And thats putting it mildly. Sorry. If I don't like the lead I'm just going to tune out. I prefer a bit of modesty or self deprecating humor. I loved the Bachelor Canada . I skipped the Bachelor seasons of Ben and of Sean.
Tim seems like a decent guy. So I am more focused on him. I also like his women better so it's fun to watch.

jonale25 brings up a good point -- Leah. I know this is going to sound like butt kissing, however, it's not intended to be. I really liked, Sarah, how you seemed to set the tone for your house in accepting that Leah had every right to be there, to see if there was a connection with Tim.

I really appreciated you saying that -- to me, you came across as very classy...someone who could trust in the bigger picture. It seemed like it wasn't a competition to you, but an opportunity to see who had that connection. It was a generous action on your part, IMO...even though the MM gave you a hard time about it.

I am most interested in Tim's and Ben's story lines.

Tim's house seems to have far less drama plus I like the energy/chemistry between Tim and Jenna. I enjoyed your sweet nature and think Hailey is a hoot.

For Ben, I really loved your buddy Beth and was sad to see her go! I can see you two being buddies because you have a similar lady-like way about you. Maybe it's a Charlotte thing! Since vineyard episode, I have liked Ben with Angela because they've got great chemistry. I also really like how Angela has handled herself and navigated all the drama in her house.

I initially thought Ernesto would be be my favorite. Wrong! I still enjoy his scenes with Shandi but my viewing is tainted by Eva rumors. Plus the drama in his house seemed to start early. That episode where his sister went undercover immediately made me dislike a couple of the mean girls. I can't decide how I feel about the gorgeous Alba. None of the other gals stand out for me except for the sweet teacher Kristin. She's a doll but not a match for Ernesto who only seems to have eyes for Eva ... oops, I mean Shandi.

For me, it's the "realness" that I got from Tim and how he presented himself with his ladies. It was clear that Tim is a solid guy, what you see is pretty much what you get. I must say that the producers did a great job of casting women that fit well with his personality. I also like Ben, but didn't care for the ex-factor. They could have done without bringing in the ex. I'm so glad Tim, let Leah go early. I wish that Ben had done the same. There was too much cattiness among the women. IMO, Ben's dealing with Kari took alot of time away from developing the lovestory. We were missing the lovestory, imo. Ernesto was a puzzle to me from the beginning. I wondered why he was there. He'd never been in love so what made him think that he would do so in the RFL format/process. Alot of the women for both Ben and Ernesto just did not come across as being sincere. I do think the Tim and Ben found love, but not Ernesto.

Btw, thank you for coming on board and giving us insight from in the inside. Tell Jenna, Hailey and Sara that we said "Hello."

Tim's girls = awesome Ben and Ernesto = meh Plus, I think we're all rocker chicks?

Beb, you crack me up! I always find myself looking for the 'Like' button when I read your posts!

Missmoore, just FYI-you and Hailey were my top picks for Tim on the first episode. You both seemed so real and so fun. I immediately felt that you were both very genuine. Your poutiness (is that a word?) over having to sing was hilarious!
And I second, third, fourth what everyone else has said about how classy all of you girls are. I started watching because I love the Plain White T's and think Tim is scrumptious but if he had had one of the other sets of girls I don't think I would have watched for long. I know there was the drama between Siham and Jenna but I don't think it's possible to go through an experience like this without some drama. All things considered, it was mild (esp. compared to Ben and E's) and appeared to blow over quickly. Even Leah seemed to be sincere in her reasons for being there, no matter how much they tried to play up that being a huge drama. Tim saying goodbye to her 1st really made me admire him more. He knew that keeping her there would only create drama in addition to stringing her feelings along. Letting her go came across as his way of taking care to guard all of your feelings as well as sending the message that he was there to meet someone and fall in love.
