How Awesome is Hailey? Poking fun (and doing it in a really, really clever way) at the guys and the general 'Hunger Games' feel of the show? I adore her. Jeez, how much fun would it be to go out for cocktails with that woman?

Wish someone had given her some Xanax during the filming. It's clear that her nerves kept getting the best of her.

...But I will be soooo sad if what we think's gonna happen, happens. There's the - she's the spitting image of his ex-wife thing (Can't fix it Tim. No do-overs.) And there's the soooo young thing (EVERYONE is throwing out red flags. I don't know her, but the other girls and the matchmakers do.) There's the territorial/jealous thing. Not so good with a rock star.

You get the sense that this guy really does want to find a life partner and to be a father...and to never, ever get hurt like he did again (whatever his other motivations for doing the show, that's his business...you can't buy that kind of PR.)

Reading between the lines, he got cheated on in his marriage. And now, he seems to be picking the person most likely to cheat! Durn. I'm not saying that cause of any kind of flaw in her personality (I dont' know her) but she's just so young. You do that stuff in your twenties. You just do. And particularly in that rock star lifestyle. Your life happens after dark...Ugh. And he knows it.

You see him at war with himself but he can't help it. Unlike Ben, he just can't fight the attraction. Hailey has a great painting posted on her website. It's of a brain and heart playing tug of war. That's Tim.

He's an artist. They have a hard time remembering where their head is most of the time. Usually it's in the clouds. They like the view from up there.

Hope it turns out ok for him. And if it doesn't turn out with whoever he chooses, maybe it'll help him jumpstart his love life again. I'm pulling for him whatever happens. He just seems like a good guy.

Yes, all views wecome, you did warn us thankfully. Beb! Cheating, come on, seriously, just because she's the youngest? Have to highly disagree with that view, imo. We don't know Jenna or any of the other girls for that matter...but age has nothing to do with it, it's whether your commited or not to another person. And for myself, when I was in my 20s no way would I have cheated on my significant other, so there are some of us out there that don't cheat. I'd say more, but I better stop there. Tim has said he's happy now (whoever it is) they've been commited all this time in private, kudos to them...I wish them lots of happiness.

...If it does come down to her and Jenna...or Sara and Jenna...and Tim picks Jenna, I'd have to guess this was directed at him. :)

I don't see anything in Jenna that would indicate that she would be unfaithful to Tim but I see the point you are making Beb. I don't feel that Tim has the best chance at a lasting relationship with Jenna. And I don't really know that it's her age as much as her guardedness. It doesn't seem to me that she is ready to completely give herself to someone, like maybe she holds back. I can't help but think that Tim senses this from her.

I think this is what I like about Hailey for him. She seems completely ready to give all of herself to him. She's in deep already and that really comes across when she has to go down to the garden each time. It's evident that her feelings run deep and I think that appeals to him. I guess that's one positive of her being in the bottom so often. Tim gets the chance to see her serious emotional side instead of the silly side. Hmmm, maybe that's the matchmakers plan!

Love that interpretation! Maybe huh? I agree...she's into Tim. Roughly around the time of the Finale, Hailey posts a photo of herself with a 'Tell it to my heart' record on her face. Look up the lyrics if you don't already know them.

She's clearly into him and seems to be unclear whether the whole thing is a game to him or not.

That girl can sure communicate with visuals. Durn, she's a wonderful artist.

And can I just add...I don't know these people...so I'm talking trash right out of the gate. I apologize if I've offended anyone. Seriously, just reflecting on the fantasy world created on my tv screen. The lines get fuzzy in the 'reality' world.

I'm sure everyone on these shows is wonderful. And at the end of the day, none of us really know much about them. I've said this before but it's all a game. And we're just extra players in it.

I am new at this but have enjoyed reading everyone's posts. I do not however understand why some are so sure Tim's F1 is Jenna. I think the physical chemistry is there but that seems to be all that is there. I don't think they really even know anything about each other. It so far just seems to be all physical. I think Tim is looking for more than that. I think his F1 is Hailey. Yes, she does do the self-depreciating thing but a lot of it seems to be nerves. I think there is chemistry there and obviously Tim does as well as he has saved her three times now from elimination. Tim even said on their date how he found her sense of humor charming and she should run with it. In the garden, he told her everything they send her down there for are the things he likes best about her such as her sense of humor, her ability to speak her mind, etc.

One interesting thing Hailey mentioned on her FB is how they have not shown her kisses with Tim yet. She said she was fine with them being edited out so far but I cant help but wonder why they would edit out these if not to try to distract the viewers from the connection Tim seems to really have with her. He even said in an interview that they had "initial insane chemistry."

Also, it appears through social media that Hailey has been in Austin several times since last summer and was even told on Twitter by Jenna "get here, Vacay or permanent stay, come soon!" To me, everything I have found points to Hailey being the F1 but that is just my opinion. We will have to watch and find out.

Anyways, I mostly just read these posts but I wanted to put my thoughts out there. I hope I dont offend the Jenna fans. :Smiley:

Hey Lprathe,

On the previous "Tim" thread, I made a case for Hailey being F1 after pulling stuff from her social media sites. (If you're interested, I can go back and find it)

But Litta123 has made a much stronger case for Jenna from her sleuthing. All this was done without too much personal, subjective stuff thrown in.

From the sleuthing, it seems like the evidence points to Jenna as F1.

That being said, there is also a theory that Jenna is being used as a "red herring' and that it could turn out to be either Hailey and/or Sara L.

You should go back and read through both threads to see how everyone got to those conclusions. It's a fun read! Had it's ups and downs...and the girls chimed in from time to time.

First, welcome lprathe!

Speaking as a Jenna fan, no offense was taken. There are a lot of reasons I believe Jenna to be the F1, but the biggest indicator to me is that Jenna and Tim have been at two Hollywood functions together last Fall. We have photographic evidence of this...not of them together, obviously. But each of them were clearly at those gatherings. One of these events required you to buy your way in (a fundraiser event) or be a backstage guest of someone who was the entertainment that night. It couldn't have been random.

We also have a blown up screen capture of Tim singing to his F1. The girl is clearly short...couldn't be Hailey.

Jenna is FB friends with Tim's mom and sister. Jenna is the only girl from the show who is FB friends with his sister. Hailey and Jenna are the only girls from the show who are FB friends with Tim's mom. Jenna's mom is FB friends with Tim.

These are just a few reasons off the top of my head, but there are several other indicators that we've found pointing to Jenna as F1. They can be found in the pages in this thread...maybe starting around p11 (?). Just keep reading from there and you'll see the evidence posted.

Obviously, not everyone agrees with this conclusion so I guess we will wait to see how it unfolds. In the meantime, I'm glad you've joined the discussion. And, btw, I'm a big Hailey fan, too. I just don't think Tim chooses her.

Welcome Iprathe! I'm right there with you on the Hailey thing. Still think there's a good chance she's the F1. I think all the evidence for Jenna is strong but too many missing pieces and alternate explanations for me to be convinced! Plus, I'm pretty sure Hailey is thinking of moving to Austin and that is the most convincing clue for me.

Tim mentioned in the Huffington Post interview that he and his girl had yet to get into an argument. I find it difficult to believe that spunky Jenna has spent the last 8 months with Tim and never argued with him. I also can't reconcile her admitted jealous/territorial attitude matching well to Tim's life style. JMO.

I have read all of the posts. It is why I finally chimed in with my thoughts. The evidence towards Jenna being the F1 was not that convincing to me but that is just my opinion. :Smiley: I am personally leaning toward the "red herring" theory Beb mentioned.

I saw the posts about the events Jenna and Tim were supposedly at together. However, I have also seen on Hailey's FB pictures of her being in Austin Texas around Lake Austin (where Tim spends a lot of his time and lives close to from my understanding) It seems no one wants to give much thought into these pictures though.

As far as the height issue when Tim is singing to the F1, it is not like Tim is standing right next to the F1 in the picture to really tell. I am surprised anyone can really make anything out from that shot seeing how a light is shining right on the F1. Just my thoughts though. One thing I have noticed from this show is the editing can definitely throw you off. They will show you one girl in the previews but it will be another girl's voice talking.

As far as Jenna being FB friends with Tim's family, she may have made it to the F3 or F2 and met them and became close to them. However, to me, it does not necessarily mean that she is Tim's F1. It could mean Hailey or the F1 is trying to lay low and not make things so obvious. Again, no offense to the Jenna fans, I am just not convinced she is the F1. Hailey may not be either though. Maybe more will come to light on the next episode. I think everyone pretty much knew from previews who they F5 were so I think next week will be interesting to see where things go.
