I must admit i was disappointed with Sean's remarks after reading this. I didn't find it funny especially if that's supposed to be an important ocassion in your fiancee's life. Its a cheap shot. I guess he got used to so many freebies thats been thrown his way lately. I wonder if he's ever spent this much for a girl before...

This photo reminds me of a convo I had with an ER doc that worked in a major city ER on weekends--"Nothing would surprise me as far as what can get stuck in unexpected places. NOTHING."

^As someone who has spent years working as a nanny/camp counselor, you'd be amazed the kinds of stories I hear. It's truly amazing what odd things they stick in odd places. I can only imagine the stories doctors could share, or those who work in law enforcement or airport security.

It was super passionate.
At some points I couldn't decide if I was watching Dancing With the Stars or if I was getting a peak into what the fantasy suite would look like if Sean and Peta were a couple!
As you can see in the pic below, Catherine came to rehearsal to try to help bring Sean's passionate side out, and I was reminded of how gorgeous Catherine's hair is...but that is neither here nor there.
Bruno was right...his hiney was sticking out quite a bit. Tuck that hiney in Sean.

The bolded up is right up there with his sister's comment about her kids wanting Uncle Sean to marry Emily.
They are veiled but aggressive attempt at making a jab. Did his sister even tweeted a bday greeting for her?
Not that I'm holding my breath or anything.

(Not meant to start a discussion about this since it has been talked about a lot. People are saying he is the lucky one, but
he needs to step up and put his put down about this cold treatment/jabs on blogs of the anti-cat crew. I dont think he cares
one way or another though)


On to another topic, if you guys have netflix there's this documentary about father absence called ABSENT
" explores how the absence of a father inflicts a deep, lifelong wound on men and women in all walks of life". Its a great documentary.
highly recommended.

I have a long list on my netflix and kindle books to read plus job and home life but my world will stop once again when Des' season
starts. 25 more days.

Sean Lowe: It was time for Andy Dick to go


'Bachelor' says fellow 'Dancing' contestant lasted longer than he should have

"Dancing With the Stars" contestant Sean Lowe wasn't shedding any tears when Andy Dick was sent home Tuesday night because he felt it was time for the comedian to go. On Tuesday's results show, the comedian's slim hopes of winning the coveted mirror ball trophy were dashed after a valiant and inspiring effort. His farewell proved not only to be emotional for a tearful Dick but for his co-stars as well, who have grown close to one another over the course of the season.

But Lowe tells "E! News" that, although he has become good friends with the troubled star, he felt Dick overstayed his welcome in the competition. He reveals, "I was probably closer to Andy than I have been with any other male celebrity, so I'm sad to see him go. But I've made a friend for life. He probably lasted a lot longer than he should have." Dick has been hovering at the bottom of the leaderboard since the season began, scoring a weekly average of 19 out of a possible 30 points, but the support from viewers helped him stay in the running.

I was expecting the headline to be a direct quote from Sean. Imagine my surprise when he never said that. The "worst" quote in that is "He probably lasted a lot longer than he should have." which I would agree with if we are going on dancing ability alone and expectations at the beginning of the season. But Sean and Andy are close. I fully expect to see Andy showing support for Sean as long as he's still on the show.

I fully understand that Andy gained many fans over the season. I'm a fan myself. But that doesn't change the fact that he made it a great deal farther in this competition than anyone expected. Heck, when I found out he was in the cast I thought he was a Week 1 boot for sure. But he surprised many and came out of this with great support, great new friends, and great new opportunities. He should be anything but sad about what he accomplished.

Umngirl, the guy seems to be an arrogant prick . He hid it well in the edited version of him in TB, but now his verbal diarrhea is just showing
his true colors. There are just so many other things from TB to now. The stories of Selma and Ashlee, how he cannot handle
feedback from harmless people like Nate and Des. How he says he deserves a 9, deserves freebies even if it's a joke. There's just
so many other examples.

Would you say that to your competitor who just got booted out ? None of us (in this forum) would.

I really didn't want to comment but... If that is what Sean said in that article then he needs to wake up! That was very low ... He is not that much better than Andy Dick. I think the sooner Sean gets eliminated from DWTS the better for his relationship with catherine. I hope they make it but I am not holding my breath.

Because to me there is a difference between "It was time for him to go" and "He stayed longer than he should have" and "He probably stayed longer than he should have." The first two are very declarative in their nature. The third isn't.

And to answer your last question, yes. And I think Sean would say that directly to Andy and Andy would totally get that sentiment because he most likely agrees as well.
