Episode 4 - 4/30 - Ready For Love - Discussion - Spoilers

Oh wow... just watched and wow... quick comments:

I think Ben pics Angela - and proposes as per previews, right where they shared their first kiss.

I think Tim... well I like Tim's girls, but not sure there's a front runner.

As for Ernesto and Shandi, He took her by surprise maybe but that kiss, especially the 2nd one, was hot! It's hers to loose IMO.

I was thinking while watching the episode if any of the guys wish that one of the other guys' ladies were in his choice of ladies. Like if Tim wanted one of Ben's girls. That would make for an interesting twist.

Also on Kara - he says "I missed you" she answers "Yeah"... errr alarm bells!!!

Not liking Alba much... we'll see! The fact that Ernesto did not kiss after the note provided the perfect opening says a lot. I understand intellectual connections but there has to be some physical attraction at the early stage of a relationship...

I know, who answers like that if you really want them back! She's so playing him. I'm not sure about Alba, I like Shandi better...and thought the kiss was hot too! I love the fact he took the time to take her out of the box and just planted one on her, lol! Then even went into the box with her, he's def. attracted to her. Wonder if the matchmakers know about that moment?

I agree!! I will be interested to see if Alba returns specifically for Ernesto or for Shandi vindication. I finally felt compelled to rewind part of Ben's section and that was his time with Angela. Love them together!

There are a few of Ben and Ernesto's girls that I think I could interchange. I could see Ernesto liking Ben's Beth (she is a sweetheart!) Tim's girls are very specifically just for him. JMO

Yeah, I think Kari is totally manipulating him, especially if she has admitted to the girls she is still hung up on some other guy. The sooner he gets rid of her the better.

I really thought Ernesto was going to kiss Alba after he read the letter. Maybe he thought she wanted to wait longer and that's why he did. Meh, doesn't really matter, I don't really like her anyway. I agree that it says alot he kissed Shandi first considering all the girls knew it would be a big deal. I also like how he told her that he knew it would complicate things but he would accept the complications. :pinkaw:

I'm just finishing watching the episode. I am transfixed by Shandi's perfect peach lipstick/lipgloss in the kitchen. It's perfection. Wish I knew what it was.

I love that song too tigertiz! I remember when they preformed it live during the Academy Awards. I really love A Thousand Years too which they played during Ben and Kari's kiss. *sigh* I wish it would have been with someone else's kiss!

I agree that Shandi and Alba are the two ladies to have caught Ernesto's attention. I find it interesting that, although Alba gave him the "first kiss note", he didn't take that as an opportunity to kiss her - or to give her the first kiss. He seems very selective and careful in his approach to intimacy, but with Shandi, he goes to her, takes her hand, tells her "I'm sorry you had to go through this" and then kisses her. He says he did it without much thought and he clearly enjoys it coz he says he is prepared to handle the complications that kissing her will bring and goes in for another kiss. I think she is his choice.

I wished it too! Love Falling Slowly also, I've heard it so many times though, but was nice with E&S...as Ernesto would say "perfect".

I thought this was such a great episode! I agree with what most of you are saying about preferring Shandi over Alba and Angela over Allie. I hope Shandi and Angela are the actual picks, and that all the couples are still together! And of course I loved Jenna and Tim's time together! They can't seem to get enough of each other! :pinkaw: I wish I could see it with Tim and Sara, but I just can't! They just don't mesh for some reason in my mind! She seems like a great girl, but just not for Tim IMO. I wish she would have let loose and just sang all goofy with him instead of put on a show. I hope we see a fun, goofy side to her soon! I'm already anxious to see next week now! Man, I can't believe this show has reeled me in! :fishing:
