Is it your first time watching the Episodes? It wasn't until the HTD that I started to pay attention to the show so I would love to hear more of your take on the participants. I'm already smiling because so far you have been hilarious.

Karen, I am probably close to overstaying my welcome on the naughty mat.
Maybe a blog and if I have time I will be live tweeting on The Bachelorette. Desiree bores me but maybe , just maybe the bachelors on her show are monumentally stupid studs and therefore CUBIC ZIRCONIAS!(they can't be diamonds mateys, these guys do not have jobs. The only reason Sean intrigued me is that he designs women's purses. I LOVE IT . I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT.(mimic AshLee))

My bumper for the show would read "If we were alone and not with the 2 other girls (third finger pointing at 2 sentence max Lindsey & highly excitable Catherine) I WOULD BE GETTING SOME LIP ACTION" More like KICK action dahling.

As I've also been re-watching some of the episodes, see if you can notice Sean saying to the girl on every single one-on-one date that she's the "perfect" girl for that particular date and he couldn't imagine anyone else.

Also, in almost every interviews, Sean stated that intelligence is one of the qualities in a woman that he looks for and used it to describe why he loves Catherine. However, he never used the word "intelligence" when speaking to or referencing Lindsay and Ashlee. At one of the LCD, he told Lindsay that the reasons he liked her was she was a "best friend, sweet, generous, etc." but no mention of intelligence. Anyone also noticed this?

Mother of 4, the only reason he attributed the description INTELLIGENT to Cat is that beside lovely Lesley M. they were the only 2 girls who appeared to have wit and an expansive vocabulary.

Sean needed a thesaurus! Being in the gym didn't really necessitate words.. he just GRUNTED. eeek. If he weren't so handsome and clumsy I wouldn't be intrigued by him.

Yes, Sean made me so happy after he said "you make me happy" to Cat.
OMG. I ran to Pinkberry after that! I needed sweetness and creaminess with brownie sprinkled on top! Just like Seancat! And then when I got there it was closed. So my happiness wasn't long lasting after all.

Yes, I think he deliberately not used the word "intelligent" to describe Lindsay/Ashlee. He always told L&A the reasons why he liked them but never used the word intelligent. Go back to the episode in Montana when team Blue returned to the cocktail party. When Sean took Catherine down the stairs away from the group, he said that she was "intelligent and I always wanted to snuggle with her". In one of the Dallas TV interviews prior to the Bachelor Premier, he said the qualities he looked for are "intelligence, funny and sweet".

Sean didn't come across as smart and articulate during the show but in interviews post-show, I think he has been more articulate, thoughtful, business savvy than I imagined which makes him more attractive than just eye candy.

catherine substituted for sean's appearance last week. that is not an easy thing to do as these women expected sean and many of them would be prone to anger.
it was also monumentally dangerous for catherine on a personal physical level.. not only did she take the trip by herself without a bodyguard or a talent agent or PR-- she presented herself to hundreds of women. some of these women could have been delusional for their love for sean thus homicidal towards her!

i believe sean had a newfound respect for catherine after that.
