I was 50-50 if we were going to move forward. We've had 0-3 cases daily for quite a few weeks. We were delayed going into stage 2, because the Saturday before the next announcement we had a break out at a local farm. This past Saturday we had 10 new cases, first time double digits for weeks. Younger people infected. They were all contact traced and they are all under control. So I was pleasantly surprised they advanced us.

We're back to 50% in restaurants but bars are closed. We're not doing any indoor dining in the foreseeable future and I'm rethinking getting my haircut again (did it last month). Both are ranked high in the risk list.

I live in Wisconsin and our cases are rising every day. I have taken my kids to get their hair cut twice now since reopening and they are fine. I got my hair done a couple of weeks ago and it went well also. We all wear masks. :yes:
