I wanted a place to put this up. My grocery store in the suburbs of Minneapolis is all a buzz because Kim Kardashian and Chris Humphries have been shopping there about three times a week. My freezer is full and so is my refrigerator because I keep going over there and haven't seen them yet.

I tipped the girl that carried out my groceries so she would tell me what she knew. She said Kim is really short, and this seemed funny coming from a college girl who looked short to me so how much shorter is she? The carry out girl said that Kim is really pretty, much prettier in person than on tv and was really friendly to everyone. The girl that was helping me with my groceries said they were doing filming at the store and the cameras were from E. Do you think that Chris and Kim are doing their own show ala Lamar and Kloey?sp? How in the world does she spell her name?

For my Minnesota friends the grocery store is Lunds in Navarre which is really close to Lord Fletchers Restaurant. I am on my way out the door, my new plan of attack is to bag an apple and walk around with the apple and my iphone hoping to catch a picture.

Sorry emusha, this is not about NYC girls but I would love someone to talk about that too!

No problem! I love how everyone has different ideas and some unique ideas of threads to make! I love this board so much. At times we do disagree with each other, but most of the time we really all do get along. That's one of the things I love about us all!

I was gonna ask you if you had seen Kim on Lake Minnetonka over the 4th, but we had already bored everyone with enough MN OT talk for one night.

She is really tiny, 5' 2" could be pushing it. I think they are just filming next seasons Keeping Up with the Kardashian's. Love that she went to visit the Children's hospital while she was here over the 4th. Not just all about fun and parties.

It is Khloe.

Love Lord Fletcher's though I haven't been their for a few years.

haha! great post Reality Mary! loved reading it and the NYC girls have gotten coverage in the tweets and fb updates thread I'm not surprised Kim is that short - it's funny but a LOT of celebrities are short...I saw Ne-O at a Las Vegas club during New Years last year and he was short that the girls on their heels were bending down to reach his ear to whisper to him and stuff ... AND we couldn't see him cos all his posse was taller and blocking our view even though we were literally a few steps away from his table

It's funny you write this because I have some friends who have a mission of running into Kim K somehow, someway while she is in MN. I do know one girl who saw them at the lake around the 4th of July.

Anyway, U2 is performing at TCF Bank Stadium on Saturday so it is chaos around here. The stadium is about half a mile from my house so I plan on sitting out on my balcony and listening to it.

I wish I was going. It sad to think someone else is gonna be sitting in my football seats. The sound system is so great that you should be able to enjoy the concert ALMOST as much as those going.
