Umgirl, imo and I know it isn't a popular one, but Sean made it their/our business when he spoke about waiting until marriage to have sex. He had to have wanted it talked about or else why even bring it up to start with? I honestly like Sean, but feel like he's set himself up for a lot of this stuff he's having to deal with. KWIM? If he would've just never brought it up then it wouldn't be such a huge deal for them to have to deal with. : (

I get your point but he has already made it clear so for everyone to constantly ask the question is probably annoying hence his no comment. But regardless of what he has said in the past, it's still nobody's business regarding any couple. That's just tmi for me.

Oh I totally agree, Hon. I thought it was tmi to begin with when he first said it and and knew in my heart he would prob later regret it. I do wish they would hush about it. They've beaten it to death already. : (

To add to your comment. Sean made being a virgin his "shtick" to being the Bachelor.... so why is he so surprised that people still want to talk about it. It's not going away..... not as long as he's keeping himself in the public eye and wanting all this extra attention to get votes.

Seems we as the audience and viewers/listeners/gossipers/speculators no matter what our views, are more invested in the relationship than they are...and ironically it's their relationship. Lol, everyone, let's take a chill pill and chillax :D

While Sean in high school is already a 'hot jock', he's actually cuter in high school (though he's not personally my type). Our high school experiences shape what we believe about our own market value among the opposite sex. I agree that now she's a total hottie and a catch but those complexes do not just go away after high school.

I also agree about the comment you said about her culture though Catherine is american. Combine all these and you have a woman who will do anything to keep this man. Even if it means subscribing to a new faith, even if she knows that its not something you can turn on instantly like a switch. Most people take a lifetime to discover who they are as far as their faith is concerned and she will try to do this in just a couple of months so a wedding will take place.

It is really like a cinderella story for Catherine. It is scary cause she seems to adore the ground he walks on and everything seems to hang on to this relationship, the public adoration, the perks, the future. The stakes are too high, and to lose everything just because they had a spat or two, nah to quote Catherine 'not happening'.

Nice to see you here Articjuice! I think part of the public's fascination with Sean and Cat is because their romance is like a fairytale come true. He used that theme for their single 1-on-1 date. And she calls him "her prince". Ironically, The Bachelor is on ABC which is owned by Disney. However, they resemble Pocahontas and John Smith more than Cinderella and Prince Charming. giggling

I haven't looked for them much. I know that Crista, Catherine best friend, matron of honor, and bachelor signer upper arrived last night (don't know if her husband came with her). I would guess Sean has practice most of the day, so Catherine and Crista might be doing some sightseeing.
