I thought contacting contestants/leads was what got RS in trouble before and that he's said he would never do that.

Not sure why this kiss is such a big deal. The woman and Brooks appear to be quite *ahem* relaxed. No harm, no foul. Not like I have no incidents while *relaxed* that others might judge harshly. I operate by this rule. "Do not judge me just because I sin differently than you"

Funny, because when I heard that it was supposedly a bet, I interpreted it in a completely different way. Meaning that Brooks lost a bet with this older woman (who was flirting with him), and the payoff was that he had to kiss her, which he was a good sport about and did, and which her daughter then conveniently snapped pics of so she could brag to her girlfriends how she had "made out" with a young, good looking guy. All in an evening of good, drunken, NYE fun. I could be totally wrong (and no offense to the woman, as I am also in her age range, and sadly, assume that most hot young guys wouldn't be that interested in kissing me), but that's the first impression I got about the situation. Embarressed!
