I'm glad Zak is gaining fans. I've been a fan since ep 1. Thought his intro was funny but still charming. I loved his reaction when Des gives him the rose about how worried he was. And if anyone has it recorded he does this cute side-step move as the goalie in the drive-way soccer game that made me just smile. I wasn't watching for him but his moments stood out right from night one. I find him really likeable and watchable. And I think he's hot too. After Brooks, he's the highlight of the season for me.

I do feel like Des really likes him, but also holds back from him for some reason.

The only contestant I remember Zak expressing concern over was Brad. He just said that Brad wasn't a good match for Des. I don't think that counts as being part of any kind of house drama the other guys are apart of at this point in filming.

JMHO I think the simple answer is she is only into Brooks. I feel she is holding back with everyone else besides him.

That's true.

I can't imagine meeting a guy you are crazy for and then being only able to see him when "allowed", with other people around and have to try to be interested and physical with other guys at the same time. I think for any regular girl, this would be so hard. If you fall, you just want to become consumed with that one person. I for sure couldn't do it and no wonder she'd be an emotional wreck by the end.

I feel the same way than you that "after Brooks Zak is the highlight of the season. I like his personality; he seems funny, warm and genuine.
