Jcrbil, I don't know if you read RS column about the WTA but i just read it again to check my recall. He did say that Tierra was escorted out of the building the second her segment was over which I took to mean that she did not stick around to see Sean but RS does not clearly state that's the case, albeit he mentions no conversation between Sean and her. The confrontation between Sean and AshLee can't be all that because RS said that AshLee acknowledged that in watching the show she could see his connection both with Catherine and Lindsay.

Wetpaint reported that AshLee said Sean told her he didn't care about the other girls and Sean denied saying so. Natalie Getz also tweeted something about AshLee's accusation. It's definitely AshLee.

^^^ Interesting. Natalie doesn't always end up on Sean's side when she's blogging, so if she's ending up on his side, that will probably be what the majority will think (50.1%??????). I do think the producers like Sean and therefore will not try to make him look like the bad guy if there's not a reason to (that can not be said for all the leads, some of whom they have loved to make look bad)

I just think AshLee believed and "heard" what she wanted to hear. It's kind of like when two people witness a crime and their descriptions of the criminal to the police are way different.

Ashlee really got lost in the bachelor bubble. She said I love you way too early, kept talking about how Sean was her soulmate.. too many "fantasy" in love metaphors. I knew she was far gone in her own "bachelor fantasy" when she started describing the kind of engagement ring she wanted. Other girls who said I love you, or that they were falling in love with Sean did so, but with some caution.

Interesting. The fact that this even came up is a big ole red flag (not in Sean's favor). Sean had to have said something to make her believe this. She's not crazy and he's not a saint, the truth is probably somewhere in the middle.

This all goes back to his indecision. If he really had strong feelings for someone, he wouldn't have put himself in this position.

Eh, they threw their own hero (Chris Harrison) under the WTA bus when they allowed us to hear an accusation about him cheating on his wife. They'll go with whatever makes the show look juicy, it's always about ratings.

As for AshLee, she was so far in the bubble, I don't trust her memory about anything Sean said to her. I do think her handler and producers helped her think she was the one, and maybe they planted the idea in her head. She might have asked him about it and his response made her think it was true. I can easily imagine a conversation like this in the fantasy suite:

A: Sean, can you help me, what are you thinking about Catherine and Lindsey? I'm freaking out here, I don't know for sure how you feel.
S: (stunned, not sure how to respond) I don't think you should worry about how I feel about the other women, that has nothing to do with you or us.

AshLee hears "Don't worry about the other women, it's just you and me babe." That translates to Sean telling her he didn't have feelings for L or C.

When she mentioned her ring size it wasn't out of the blue, it sounded to me like she was responding to what he said right before that. She took what Sean said to mean "You're the one" and her ring size response was her cutesy way of saying she understood. I can't remember what Sean said but I remember thinking "uh oh, she thinks what he just said means she's his F1." AshLee heard what she wanted to hear.

She's ready to hurl dirt. Im not blaming her, they all knew she was a little nutso to begin with and they (producers and Sean) exploit her neediness and brokenness.

Lol I think Natalie is just being funny. How many layers of clothing would they be wearing? Stripping down to a tank and sweats wouldn't take that long. Love the part about "almost touching her boob.

I actually imagining Ashlee wearing just tank top and sweats and nothing else! :shocked!: And what local church is this, since they were in Thailand, a buddhist church? Sean keeps on saying Catherine is the weird one, if theres some truth to this, Catherine is nothing on him.

I am infuriated that Getz called Ashlee a psychopath. When did Getz get her Medical degree/doctorate in psychiatry?

She's only joking. I wouldn't take anything she says too seriously.

All I can think of when I see Ashlee is Nicole Kidman in Stephford Wives or Lemon in Hart of Dixie.......

The dialogue between them that led up to AshLee talking about the ring shows exactly what you think:

Sean: I think about how far we've come since that first night too. I felt really confident that this was going to work out.
AshLee: Really?
Sean: Even way back then - from the very beginning - that you had a very special heart and you were loving and sweet. And we've built on it since then and now we have this incredible relationship. It's pretty special.
AshLee: And with that said, I like a cushion ring with diamonds all the way around on the band. And I believe my ring finger is 6 and a half.
Sean: It's good to know you know what you want.

The more detached you are as you listen to that dialogue the more you see how disconnected AshLee's reaction is and how she jumped to a conclusion without hearing what Sean REALLY said - as I posted what I transcribed a part of me kept saying "Girl listen carefully to what he said and how he said it. There are lots of red flags here starting with the fact he used past tense not present tense in so much of what he said." That said Sean was closer to the edge here than I think he should have been. But yes - she heard what she wanted to hear and I have little doubt that in that moment she believed that Sean had just given her an indication that he was going to pick her at the end.
