I really enjoyed Sean and Catherine's date tonight and will say that there is quite a bit in common between their date and Brad and Bianka's(bach canada)fantasy date. Brad/Bianka had theirs kayaking around an iceberg, getting back on shore and doing the dirty martini's like what Sean was doing. But the playfulness and fun is more like what I mean.

Last night's date with the race is very much like Bach Canada one too. Based on teams, Canada one was a strict logging one, but the hay, sawing wood was involved.

I am wondering if Fleiss is building a lot of his on the sucess of Bach Can one for this season?

I'm still disgusted with Sean for how he let Sarah go. That was a new low in Bach history. Can't believe it's pretty much being ignored and he's getting a pass on it.

He has said that he is not very sensitive and the way he eliminated Sarah proved it. Perhaps he thought it was akin to the respect he showed Kasey by eliminating her pre rose ceremony. But everyone is different and wish he had the wisdom to know how to handle Sarah and how she might perceive her demise from the show. It is just sad. This taints him and we know he is not perfect anymore. But then no man is, so will cut him some slack. We don't know the difficulty of being in his shoes.

Maybe his sister should give him a slap upside the head for his bad behaviour.

I think the only one that thinks he's perfect is him. Letting her go like that, whether it was his idea or the producers, was indicative of the lengths that people will go for what they perceive to be good tv. Not for one second do I beleive that Sean letting Sarah go like that was for her benefit! It was for drama, plain and simple. Sarah was used in a real shabby and humiliating way and Sean let it happen. If nothing else it proves he's a weak puppet for MF.

It was bad richmondrose. He came and got her when she was with all the girls, chatting and having fun. He took her out told her he was letting her go blah blah blah... and then she had to go back in to face them all and tell them she had to leave. Totally centred her out and she was devasted as she just wanted to be normal and be let go at an RC. It was the worst way possible to let her go!

I haven't watched yet but RS hinted in his original spoiler column that Sarah wanted to leave/ eliminates herself. Wouldn't be the first time that a contestant wanted to leave but they had to make it seem like the lead was sending them home.

Group Date: Canoe on Lake Louise with Sarah, Selma, Daniella, Lindsay, Lesley, AshLee, and Tierra. Emergency medical teams are called into this date as well as shown on the previews, with Tierra getting medical for what looks like hypothermia. At some point during this group date, Sarah eliminates herself from the competition.

It's probably not any worse then what they made Kalon do in order to leave last season. haha

Sounds like RS's source is production and even way back then they were making excuses for how she was let go.. She was pretty emotional for a girl who wanted to leave! just trying to whitewash it, nothing more.

Last night was a riot! Selma, Dani, and Les deserve comedy awards. Or I need to rotate through avis of them!

The only authentic moments last night were Sean and Cat's date as well as Dez's. Everything else, from Tierra to Sarah, felt produced. I don't think that Sarah's departure was all Sean's decision-like Doug on Em's season ( see his thread), I think it was just a "shocking" elimination for the unspoiled viewer. He at least got to explain himself better than at an RC. ETA: I agree with noobs that, if Steve is correct, then Sarah had to leave on the show's terms, which meant making it look like Sean let her go. Kalon wanted to leave weeks before London, and we know the way he was villainized in order to depart.

Sean and Cat were adorable. She's such a gentle heart. Given Sean's perception of relationships, his role, and the type of woman he wants, I can see why he'd pick her.

Dez's date surprised me in that I thought they'd lost their spark. I don't think Dez is as into him as his other girls are, which explains to me the reason that he'd drop her at F4. I'd love to see Dez flower on her own season. She might be more likely to get the lead if Lesley can't!

RS information was wrong. To me, Sarah's comments/reaction to being let go was the most genuine I've seen in a while. Even her tweets last night showed how much it must have hurt.
