They showed his family last season and they look quite wealthy to me. Nice home. I think he is in insurance and so is his dad.

Watching this season, I think Sean is the right age for the bachelor. He is 30, so it doesn't seem so out of the ordinary that he wants to get married or at least is serious about heading in that direction.
