Struck me as odd, too, since she went to fashion school....

I do recall AshLee's dad posting a thank you to someone who lent a house in Houston (the Frazier's live in Archer City, not Houston, but AshLee lives in Houston and I'm guessing her apartment was too small).

Desiree may, likewise, have arranged to use someone else's home (a friend, a boss). Since she had all week, she might have had time to get her artwork and put it in the house. It was just a lot more house than I would have expected her to have- and the diplomas didn't sit right, either.

Considering how expensive real estate and rentals are in southern California, I very much doubt that a bridal consultant and aspiring bridal dress designer could afford a house like that ... or was it a condo/apt? I have no idea of her salary - and maybe she is making a nice wage but would have to think that she'd at least need a roommate.

Makes me laugh about Trista's HTD. Remember her F4 guy and his teeny, tiny, teeny tiny studio in NYC that was so messy even?! No surprise he left.

Anyhow, I actually believed Desiree's tears last night and felt bad for her. She is either a great actress or deep into the Bach bubble but I thought she seemed sad.

I was also struck with just how beautiful Desiree is and how I would really like her for Bachelorette. She has a glow & sweetness about her and think guys would swoon.

It probably isn't her but it can't hurt to try....

It seemed like a condo to me, but hard to be sure.

Someone ought to be able to screen cap those diplomas and check out the names. I don't recall them being blurred out.

During Travis Stork's reign as the Bachelor, for Sarah's HTD, she and her parents supposedly met at Travis' house. It was filmed right around the corner from my office. While it was filmed in Travis' real neighborhood, a trendy community close to Vanderbilt where he was a resident, it was not filmed in his actual house. I had heard that his actual house looked too much like the typical resident's home so they found one that it was a little more appropriate looking for a doctor.

I noticed the cello in the corner and wondered about it. Desiree didn't mention musicality. I thought maybe someone had brought it in as a prop.

As some have stated it may be someone elses home or maybe she shares with someone?

I believed that Desiree's tears were real too. I really like this woman, and I don't think that she was acting either. She seemed genuinely heartbroken to me.

I had my "ah-ha" moment about Sean sending Des home a few minutes ago. I do think that all of the other women left thought she was the frontrunner.... most one on ones, monopolizing Sean on the 3 on 1, etc. Sean made it decently clear last night that the brother was some of the problem, but not all of it. And he had had more time to get to know Des than almost anyone (except AshLee). If he didn't see his life with Des, best to let her go so that the others would relax a little. Unfortunately for AshLee, if might have given her too much confidence.

"In the moment, I felt that we had the best connection. That I embodied all the qualities he wanted in a wife," she continues. "So in that moment, I did feel it was a terrible mistake. However, looking back, he did have great relationships with the other girls. All things happen for a reason, so I don't think it was a mistake."

It's completely far off from the way I think. I'm not very close with my brother. I see [him] maybe once a year. My brother's opinion would never influence my decision."

Being on the show, the set up is to date more than 20 women at once. But as for Sean, "I think he's as far away from being a playboy as anyone can be."

Sean said there were other things lacking in your relationship. What was he referring to?
"Looking back and watching the show, maybe I did put up a guard. I was holding back a little bit more than maybe the other girls were. It takes me a little longer to say I love you because I want it to be right."

Are you still devastated about the break up with Sean?
"I'm such a positive person. I've moved on. I'm completely over it. I know that I'll eventually find my Prince Charming." (She hasn't been dating since the show ended, though.)
