If my child were on the show, I'd be dying to know how far he got, too! Although, I think most parents know or can tell by their child's demeanor.

I know, I feel like it would be so obvious to a family member, either he's crying into his cereal on a regular basis or he's busily cleaning out a closet to remake it into a nerd storage area. :awesome:

Didn't Roberto tell his parents?? He probably had to, otherwise they would've wondered what was up when he was packing up and moving to San Diego!

JP might not have come right out and told them, but I bet they could tell.

I would think the fact Roberto was a making a move across the country meant he ended up with Ali.


IMO I can see them commuting back and forth until she is done with school. Then she might decide to make a move to be with him in NYC.

I'm thinking she would move. She's not settled in Philly, it's just where her school was, but JP seems to be more settled. OTOH, if she's really attached to Philly, maybe he'll move. I haven't gotten the impression that she's staying though, it sounds like she's the one moving.

She's just in Philly for school, correct? I would think it would be easier for her to pick up and leave her temporary city for NYC once she is done with school. Plus...it's New York!!!

Just a guess. First is there a dental school in NYC where she take her credits earned and just transfer? Or she can stay in Philly til she finishes school and they can easily commute. She could do her internship in NYC and be a dentist in NYC. Philly and NYC are very similar east coast big cities, I think she eventually moves. She's just starting out. And JP seems established in NYC and has his family and friends..can't see him moving. He New Yorker and not a transplant, so he'll stay there. JMO
