His friend's comment reminded me of the quote JP said after the orphanage group date...that it changed his life and Ashley made that possible.

Once again I know I saw that exact quote posted somewhere on the site.

Anyways, both JP and his friend expressed he has been changed by going on this show. In his case I feel for the better.

LM, it may have been my post way back on some thread. I was comparing the L & S quote that said he got down on bended knee in Fiji secluded island, and they are engaged and he said "my life has changed". JP said "this has forever changed my life" (on the Orphanage group date). Now his friends say, "He came back a changed person".

Thanks Gina. I was trying to link the two comments by J.P and his friends. They seem to match.

Ashley used that word to describe the stage of her life she felt she was at to Constantine.

Not trying to be rude, but the night portion of their 1-1 date was boring. IMO

ITA It was boring. Constantine brought no game whatsoever. (and I like him). I truly think his is not into Ashley at all and I'm amazed he got to F3, and not eliminated after the HTD actually. (If RS spoilers are true and he's F3). Maybe we'll see fireworks on their HTD and their epi 7 one on one date. So far, nothing yet. ~ especially when comparing it with other guys she's kissed.

LOL! I kinda started wondering this too. Other than JP, she's so much more "platonic" with Ben, Ames, and Dino than with Ryan, William, and Mickey. It's interesting. Maybe she's the type that once she chose her guy, she took the 3 friends with her to F4? :greenman:

And yes, her date with Dino was a snoozefest. Like I already said in the other thread, he really needed to bring his game and he just didn't.

Okay, speaking of voiceovers I have to throw this in from the previews for episode 5:

Ash is doing the VO:
Chaing Mai is the perfect place to fall in love (kissing Ben at the firedancer dinner/show)
I was in a dark place (firedancers walking in holding flames)
but, now I know in my heart I want to share my life with somebody (Ash and Ben kiss and hug)
If things continue the way they're going right now (Ben and Ash shopping and in a taxi)
I think this could be a very happy ending for me (Ash with head thrown back laughing during lunch with Ben)

Then a VO by JP:
This is far and away the most incredible (shows Ben and Ash at dinner) place I've ever been...(ends with firebreather and big plume of flame.

Our boy is all over the place this season... they snicker at least one quote of his per preview... but still make sure he is "Find Waldo". It always makes me laugh how NOTHING of him is ever shown as a "coming up". Also MIA in the recap at the start of episode #4... guess she just had Bentley last week. This will especially be fun at the end of tomorrow's show... a full hour of Bentley promoted like the Super Bowl.

Now that we are 95% sure of the outcome, though holding on to that 5% chance of being Fleissed, it is fun seeing how it all gets edited. Either you or DMBfan need to start cataloging the Bentley quotes. I'm starting to notice everything coming out of JP, or Ashley about JP, is a counter-remark to his. Bentley poo-pooing Ashley's kissing versus Ashley praising JP's, Bent not "feelin' it" versus all of the chemistry talk, Bent not finding Ashley attractive at all versus all the you look gorgeous talk, Bent fussing over his hair (concerned about her crying spoiling it... and fidgeting in the mirror while Masked Jeff is on the can checking out the seventies chrome) versus not having enough hair to fuss over (and Ashley getting all aroused)...

So many posts have commented on how wacky the edit is. That's because everybody is expecting the characters to fall into their respective F1, F2 and F3 "slots". Only they aren't since three of the final 4 are not in the Initial Top 4 (Bent, Willie, Ryan and JP)... apparently Ames, Dino and Benny Boy just played Greek Chorus for three episodes and only Benny is getting any lip action. (Just not in front of a temple. Yeah, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight! You know things will get steamy "mentally" in the Fantasy Suite. Dino will keep his orange shorts on and chill.) It is as if the Real Final Two are Bentley and JP. Then we have this side story about Ashley under her thunder shower umbrella seeking the sun and Mr. Sunshine Ryan Park winding up with the rain in Fiji... you just know all of his Happy Talk is just a one big climactic ride up to the top of the roller coaster ramp...

If my child were on the show, I'd be dying to know how far he got, too! Although, I think most parents know or can tell by their child's demeanor.
