I think it's good, but it just sounds weird because we're getting it from a guy's point of view. :shock: :giggle:

As far as his friends - I think it's inconclusive. They admit they haven't spent a lot of time with him (I wonder why????), but for me...it sounds like they just aren't getting anything out of JP. Sounds like he has a bit of a poker face. Not too high, not too low. Not surprising...since he's a dude! And he'd be sued for millions of dollars if these two chatterboxes with a podcast started talking about how their friend JP is engaged/in love with Ashley!

I agree that it's all inconclusive, it does sound like he has a great poker face and isn't saying anything. Not sure what the changed man applies to? That he seems more stealth lately? MIA?

Not sure how I feel about the one friends take on girls. :shock: I agree that JP just isn't giving anything away. We have heard other leads, F1 and F2's talk about how hard it is to keep it a secret because someone was always trying to trip them up or get some kind of reaction out of them. Evidently JP is just good at it. :giggle:

My impression ~ JP came back from filming noticeably a
changed man, which his friends think is a good thing! JP obviously
isn't saying anything, so they've come to their own conclusions.
The one says he doesn't come off as a man in love, or still in love.
I think JP loves Ashley ~ and the two of them keeping their engagement
a secret is TOP PRIORITY! I'm sure it was hammered into JP's head by
TPTB how important it is to go back to his everyday life, and conduct
himself as he always did. I'm sure he probably mentioned to his
friends how anxious he was for the show to be over so he could just
move on with his life, which they verbalized on the podcast. I'll bet
he's just anxious to finally be able to tell everyone. From what we
know of JP ~ I'll bet he's about ready to explode!! firework

I listened to it and I can understand why you would have pause. Here is my take...

They speak highly of JP. He must be every bit as sincere as what we are seeing.
It was great to hear them defend Ashley. She must be getting pretty beat up on their Google site.
It is very interesting to hear JP came back a changed man, yet the one guy does not see him engaged and with Ash. This is what gives me pause, because JP absolutely cannot hide that full brilliant smile every time he is around her. Also the last article that was posted said Ashley and her F1 are very much in love. Maybe JP has been coached into hiding his feelings where Ash is concerned? I certainly hope what he has seen the last three episodes has not caused him to pull away...

Actually, this is true, he is normally so happy around Ashley on the show that I don't see him as someone who has a good poker face, but IDK, the friends can't tell one way or the other so I guess he must have a poker face. :greenman:

But they aren't seeing him around her...and I'm guessing he's not saying a whole lot (if anything) about Ashley considering even his friends appear to be relying on RS and his spoilers to tell them how far he went this season. I think it was kasha who said his inner circle is remaining tight lipped about everything - so I would guess JP is the same way.

Here is the other podcast (first one) they did where they mention JP. Not much to note in this podcast, but it's funny to hear a guys perspective of the show lol

- he has been friends with JP for 15 years
- they think JP will the most normal one in the house
- one thinks he wins it
- jokingly say they think that getting the call that he is getting married
- they start joking about Ash/JP wedding lol

Exactly my thoughts. The comment by the friend at 15:36, I listened to 3 times, almost like the friend is implying they were together but not now?? But the fact they both say he's a changed man and the other guy saying JP if he was love and invested isn't acting like a guy crushed. It could go either way, they gave nothing away, other than letting people know that JP is really a nice guy.

Cupcakes, you are amazing in your find of information. Thank you so much. Do you think JP would be on his friend Chris podcast after the show ends, esp. if JP is not with Ashely, to talk about the experience??
