Excited about her tango! Her Argentine Tango was my favorite dance during her first season.

So, is there going to be a double elimination next week since there isn't an elimination tonight? Or is that what the double elimination was for a couple weeks ago?

LOved the exchange between Tom and Len about Melissas injury. I thought they did great tonight. I think I preder the AT but liked what they did.

Just want to say how proud I am of everyone in this competition - and how honored I am to get to dance next to them! Such wonderfully talented, funny, and genuinely sweet people. The injury scare this weekend definitely puts it all in perspective, and this really is about the experience and relationships that you build throughout the process. Didn't think it was possible to top my experience on Season 8....but this All Star season definitely has :-) I love my All Stars!(an no..this isn't my elimination speech...just a sentimental moment...)

Love this! So happy she came back. She seems to have great friendships with everyone and they all seem to get along and have such fun. I know most people love their drama on shows like this, but I always want everyone to get along! (I thought it was super sweet how she was hugging Shawn's head after she fell in group rehearsals) And she's creating such great memories! Not only for herself, but for Ava to watch back someday.

She and Shawn seem to have forged a great relationship. Tony described her has a close family friend. She seems to get along with pretty much everybody. No wonder, either. She's always appeared personable to me.

I have to say I got annoyed with George Pennachio (whom I usually like) after watching the On The Red Carpet/KABC interview with Emmitt and Cheryl. He basically formed a question of whether or not Melissa's injury was nothing but hyped drama for TV. Admittedly, it didn't look as serious as first indicated by all the press reports, but a herniated disk is not "nothing". I think he interviewed them before Melissa and Tony, but it still irked. Emmitt's response: "I don't think so." He seems defensive about his friends and fellow competitors, which I love. You can check out his interview here. Ugh, remind me never to vote via FB on my phone again. Pressed down too early and gave a vote away to someone I do not like this season. Rest assured, the rest of my votes went to Team T-Croft. Off to vote online now.

I totally agree! I love it when the cast members bond, and I'm so happy to see Melissa enjoying it so much. I remember her saying that on her original season they rehearsed in different studios where you didn't see the other cast as much during the week as you do now where they can "spy" on each other. So I think everyone getting to see each other so much more creates even closer friendships.

ughhh George George George. Just because she goes out and gives it her all and does a great job doesn't mean the injury isn't very real. She starts physical therapy for it today and is practicing in a neck brace. Emmitt is a class act. I love how he said Cheryl and him pray before every show for theirs and everyone else's safety. I remember an interview in season 8 where Tony said he and Melissa always prayed together before the show.

I had to LOL about you voting for the wrong person by mistake. Reminded me of when I accidentally voted for Jake Pavelka once during season 11 and was gagging about it. :vomit: :laughingoutlou
