Tiggerlgh - I've been suggesting that scenario too. Jef starts questioning if it's smart to propose - either because he feels she still has feelings for Ari or in light of Ricki ; MTP makes everything so real. But I still believe they leave the island engaged. Fits with so many scenarios. I don't think he totally dumps her - just cold feet about the proprosal. I think the mags know something - i.e. some sort of difficulty between Jef and Emily and are tryinggto explain it. They know ceremony timings and get-togethers were changed but no total proof of why.

Not sure but the entire quote was this........

Thanks! What confuses me is that L&S has been the one that gave us all the FRC info midnight, she is engaged, etc and then this.

Does Jef or Arie get cold feet, "dump her" and then have second thoughts, come back at the FRC or post season and get engaged?

IF Jef is F1 this could also fit with his one regret (hurting Emily). It would be a shocking ending.

But she didn't say Life & Style. I thought it was In Touch which is a rag mag. Either way, there is no dumping happening tomorrow IMO.

Emily has been looking much, much, MUCH too happy post-filming to have gotten dumped or disappointed in any other way by her F1!!

Oh I missed it was In Touch! Thanks for pointing that out. I do think something strange happens, but Emily is not alone right now.

I read on the Bachelorette forum that someone with connections to NASCAR spoke with the Hendricks and they're very happy for Emily and Jef and that she is moving to Utah very shortly!

Thanks Kari!! Someone else here (GoodGal) also told us the same thing about a week or so ago. This confirms what we have also been told by a family friend that Emily is moving to Salt Lake after they return from Africa which will be sometime in early August. GoodGal said that the Hendricks were happy for her and that Emily has been looking for a private school there for Ricki. :Smiley:

And also Jef's parents are in St.George right now and can only leave South Carolina for "special reasons" hmmmm....

Maybe Jef had second thoughts about the actual proposal, not his love for her, just the whole production scenario, and he decides to "dump" her as in, maybe I am not the best one for you and Ricki, recall the the hard to get guy, and he chooses to do it his way (read not necessarily TPTB way) this giving us the most dramatic ..............blah, blah, blah, etc

This may have been discussed already, but since I've returned to working full-time I haven't got enough hours in the day to keep up giggling

Could an additional reason for the Live AFTR be that Fleiss and Co. will announce that they are donating some money to the People Water well-building project in Africa as part of "The Bachelor(ette) Gives Back" type of goodwill efforts they've done for a few of the past seasons and they needed a bit more time than a pre-recorded AFTR would have allowed?

Also, do you think they'll announce that they are paying for Emily and her husband and daughter to return to Bermuda? (I'm pretty sure that was part of an early VoiceOver where she said she wanted to return thre with her family.)
