IMO he was the worst - Bob was a kissing bandit and claimed to have slept with 5.5 women, but Tara's infamous speech to Jesse at the FRC showed what a manwhore he really was.

and let's not forget Alex Michel lied to Trista that he was picking her so she'd sleep with him.

I see we have been edumacated into the southern vernacular with "whore-dog". My, my, my.

I want to state emphatically that Emily is NOT in my book any less of a lovely woman because she is blessed with Ricki. IMHO, children are NEVER a mistake, therefore...I will just leave it in my mind that God planned for her...and the fact that her parents were not legally married matters not to me. BTW - is anyone all up on whether there was a marriage license for Adam and Eve? Yeah, consummation made them married. That is all.

Lovely post! I enjoy your snarky / funny posts as well, but this sums up my feelings to a "t". Ricky & Emily were engaged to be married and didn't know that they were to be blessed with a child when he was killed. Children are always a blessing and by all accounts, Emily has devoted herself to being the best mother she can be. Some even find fault with that...

I have hardly heard anyone call any Bachelor a slut or whore (here or elsewhere) in the 10 years that I have been watching this franchise. Double standards like this infuriate me, especially in this day and age. I don't like to use either word, but if need be I say manslut and manwhore.

A ton of female contestants have been called sluts IIRC, including just last season of Ben's. Chantal was skewered for her topless shoot, Michelle Money for her aggressiveness, Bevin, and on and on.

Blob and Ben seem to be the two male contestants who were criticized for their behavior and called some choice words. Very small number compared to the number of female contestants who have been raked over the coals for being deemed "slutty."

Maybe Arie and Jef get to have a joint meeting with Ricki, like when Jason and Jesse hung out with Deanna's Dad together...Ricki gets to choose her new "buddy for life" after an hour of playing with two strange men in the company of 18 crew and directors and producers. (this is a facetious post but seriously the premise of this show is a complete joke except that the joke is only on those who treat it as a means to locate a suitable SPOUSE, much less step parent)

I agree - people should not (and probably do not) go on this show to find their future husband/wife. I would say 99.5% of the people go on with some other intention (the other 5% are fringe lunatics). But there are many people who have met their other half while filming a show/television series - some have lasted/many have not. So, it is not entirely impossible for people to meet while doing this show and fall for each other. I actually am starting to believe that this might actually be the case this season.
