And she was GLOWING when she was talking about the end and possibly finding love.

Okay, I am a bit nervous. I watched it multiple times and stopped and replayed the question about being engaged and it is already done and taped. It is around 110:120 mark.
The way she interacts changes significantly. She gets nervous and fidgety and plays with her hair- not good signs generally. She snaps out of it quickly and is confident through the rest of the interview and makes the london comment etc.
Watch it again. When people are lying they tend to play with their hair, avert their eyes to the left etc.
Hope I am making a mountain out of a mole hill... maybe just nerves

I got that impression also. Hope they are still together.

The london thing I took as an example of dating being different on the show or in front of the camera, forget the question but London was the first date away from Charlotte so I didn't see it as odd that it came to her mind first in that respect . But as many have said, we see what we want to see so I might not want to see it as a slip. Although if they are already broken up maybe it's good that Jef wins because 2 people from the board got to meet him Monday and said he seems happy so no matter what at least we know Jef is all good.
