I'm of the opinion that the only explanation for the weird lineup at the rose ceremony suggests that Ryan was there standing behind Chris, which would probably mean he had a rose (I think Chris has a rose and it's been blacked out). There's no reason for them to have 4 guys in the front row and only 2 in the back - it would be 3 and 3 if Ryan had not been present imo. Sure looks as though there's an obvious space where someone had been standing because otherwise John and Sean would be centered more.

I agree with the bolded part. That line up doesn't make sense. But does it have to be Ryan? Could it have been Travis there? And then there are Mike Fleiss' tweets from that time:

According to the filming schedule here, Ryan's date was on the 9th. Are we sure about those dates?

4/7: 1-on-1 Date - Old Town, Dubrovnik (Travis Pope)
4/8: Group Date - After sneak peek at the film "Brave," the guys compete in a round of Highland games in order to win extra time with Emily (Arie Luyendyk, Jr., Chris Bukowski, Doug Clerget, Jef Holm, John Wolfner, Sean Lowe)
4/9: 1-on-1 Date - Ston, Croatia (Ryan Bowers)
4/10: Rose Ceremony

So I don't know how to explain the "a rose is not a rose" quote, if Ryan's date occurred after that.

So here's another theory, modeled after Kiki's format :

- she gives Travis a rose on his 1on1 (or maybe gives it to him then takes it back?)
- she sends Ryan home on his 1on1 (but probably gives him a rose first and then takes it back after Arie comes and speaks to her)
- no one gets the GD rose (or it could be blurred out in that preview)

- she takes the rose back from Travis at the RC, or it's just a symbolic RC and she starts to second guess giving them all out after what happened with Ryan (''are all the guys left here for me?''), but ends up giving everyone else a rose in the end after being reassured by Chris H that they are there for her

Travis was pitching a reality show at some point... RS had that on his site. Maybe she found out about that, and was told he wasn't there for the right reasons?

You nailed the theme this season.....setting the stage for Aries departure

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad Arie steps up to the plate and tells her whatever he tells her Monday night, but it still makes me sad that he didn't care enough or didn't think it important enough to tell her what was being said about her child.With Arie being with the woman with 2 kids for a while, it really let me down when he didn't automatically go tell her what Kalon was saying because he should have known how that would make a mother feel, yet when he thinks he can score points with her and get another guy ( whom he hasn't necessarily gotten along with ) sent home he's all talkative. I wonder if this doesn't somehow come back to bite him at some point, esp after Em finds out that he's yet again let her down by withholding ( if he does) the info about him and Cassie. I guess the point I'm trying to make and this probably isn't even the thread for it was, did Arie let Em down one too many times? Lots of people question why he wasn't F2. Could it be she simply couldn't trust him about anything? I just wanted to get that off my mind before going to bed. See y'all tomorrow. : )

I know this isn't sc posts. But since you are determining the rc standing. Here is a picture. None of the guys have roses. No Ryan, and no Travis which we knew.

Did anyone notice on the new video when she is talking about not being sure who she ends up with, she mentions she has 6 guys left, so if this PI was after Ryan's date as we are made to believe, then wouldn't that mean she sent Travis and Ryan home prior to the rose ceremony and she has 6 left and not sure who she wants to send home that night?. Is it possible she was going to only keep 5 and ended up keeping the 6 remaining? Just a thought????

It is possible. There are SCs for just 5 guys in prague.

I think you maybe on to something.
We know that John will have an 1on1 right? And also Doug will leave in Prague. Or am i wrong?
If that's the case, maybe she kept all 6 of them.
Did this happen before? Cause they say how she solves the problem made bachelorette history?

Emily arrives in Prague with her six remaining bachelors, two of whom will be sent home. One-on-one dates include a romantic tour of the city and a playful visit to a marionette shop. Emily then takes three suitors to an idyllic castle on the outskirts of the city.
